]]>Hello, my friends, I do not know why, but by activating the “wp-webp” plugin it ends up creating a conflict in the “Slider Revolution” plugin.
What happens?
When the “wp-webp” plugin is active, using the Slider Revolution plugin to create a new slider and try to create a text field on the slide, it is impossible to move the text.
Version that occurs:
wp-webp: 0.8
Slider Revolution: 5.4.8
Wordpress version: 4.9.9 with the theme Javelin.
How to get around this situation:
Disable the “wp-webp” plugin temporarily, create the slides normally in the “Slider Revolution” plugin and then activate the “wp-webp” plugin.

When I activate the plugin, I’m not able to analyze the site using Google Pagespeed. It gives error saying Backend Error. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, what was the solution please.

]]>This plugin was recommended by WP Rocket Technical Support but it seems to have been abandoned so cannot risk using it. There is a definite need for a plugin like this now that Google’s Page Speed Insights is recommending use of Next Gen Image formats such as WebP. There doesn’t seem to be any equivalent plugins available so hoping that this one can be updated.

This plugin conflicts with Seamless Donations, interfering with execution of that plugin’s javascript. Install both and see browser console log.

]]>Hi, I installed your plugin on my website. I loaded both jpg files as well as webp files. I wanted to know if I should insert the webp or jpg image in the page editor. Does your plugin automatically replace images if i go into jpg format? Or do the reverse, that is, I insert the webp fomat and then the plugin replaces the jpg format if the browser is not compatible with this.

]]>Everytime I’m opening my site in IE, the IE is freezing and then nothing works anymore. But after 2 min it works fine and shows the webp picture. (Tried it on two systems.) And Firefox don’t show my picture completly, there’s just white space. Have you an idea, what’s the problem is?
]]>I tried using wp-webp with WebP images generated from Pixelmater 2.2. I upload the image to be used as background picture of the theme (twenty-twelve), but it won’t show.
Any thoughts on why this might be? Using Safari 6.0.4 on OS/X 10.8.3.

Please add miniature support, as all other wordpress images like jpeg. In version 0.5 photos in WebP format are added in full size.
