I’m using SuiteCRM 7.10.5 with WordPress 4.6.x and “WordPress to SugarCRM Lead” plugin in version 4.3. Currently I’m facing the following two problems while working with “Dropdown” and “Checkbox” fields coming from SuiteCRM.

1. My WordPress site runs only in german. How can I retrieve the values for a “Checkbox” field in english? Currently I get “Yes”, “No” for the labels.

2. “WordPress to SugarCRM Lead” renders a “Checkbox” field as a HTML “Dropdown” (<select>). Looks like a bug?

I am trying to get the module field list to show up in the Popups – WordPress Popup plugin, but when I insert the short code it pushes the module field list to the bottom of the website under the footer. Any reason why this is happening. With any other contact form shortcode I put into the popup widget it shows up right in the popup.

Please advise!

I’d like to know how to use this field more easily, because it seems I’ve got to go to the SugarCRM Database, pull out manually the Campaign ID copying it and pasting it into the field on the WordPress form.

I’m using sugarcrm pro version to display sugarcrm form and it’s work fine. but my site has two languages right now one is English(default) and other is Spanish.

For translation to site i used WPML plugin .So my question is how can i translate field label or placeholder generated in field modual to Spanish language or any other language.And also success messages, error message as well.

Hi! i just installed the plugin for the first time. since installing i now have this message cross the top of every page on the administration side of my site:

What is the cause? is it due to a conflict with my install or is it being caused by the plugin itself?

On the lead module, when I select ‘on’ to hide a field on the widget, I can’t go back.
If I switch off again, it just didn’t work.

When the label name in Russian. The text is replaced by ???

I created a form, requesting only name and email address.
Created a page in WP and submitted a Lead from the form.
Everything worked fine.

Now, when I go back into the Lead Module to edit and add some more fields, I cannot see the original required fields or any of the customizations that I first created.

Is this normal? Do I have to recheck all the fields each time I want to edit the form?

When a contactform is filled and submitted the lead in received in SugarCRM, but no email is sent from WordPress, despite the setting in the plugin.

I have tested this plugin with WordPress 4.7 and SuiteCRM 7.7.8 and it seems to be incompatible. The login to SuiteCRM is confirmed as is the sync with the Leads module. The fields of the leads module do however not seem to transfer to WordPress.

I know this plugin is stated to be compatible with a lesser version of WordPress, but I thought I would ask if anyone else has successfully tried it with my test configuration. If so, what should I be paying attention to in order to have things function.
