Although I followed every instruction included inside of your documentation, and I got a succesful connection to my SugarCRM server. This plugin simply didn’t work. I want to test it and if I could have got a better performance I would install as an important plugin on my 5 websites of WordPress.

I have been using this plugin for several months. It is now a critical tool in the marketing toolbox for web2lead conversion. It is simple to use and integrates easily. I happen to be using it with the InBoundNow landing pages plugin and using the short code makes integration easy.

I recently upgraded to the PRO version of this plug and received Zoom based support from Dipesh based on a few questions I had. It was very helpful.

I recommend this plug-in for anyone who needs to capture leads and insert them into SuiteCRM. It has helped me captures leads which are being converted to revenue.

This plugin worked for me just a few weeks ago. I even made a custom form, using the defined form fields, and when a web visitor submitted it, their contact data was saved to my SuiteCRM. Since then, I think there was a WordPress update, and I also moved my WordPress site to the root directory for production. Every other plugin I migrated works, but not this one.

Now I get this error when trying to activate the plugin:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-widget-sugarcrm-lead-module/Common-functions.php on line 1

I tried fiddling with the code, but it just led to other errors, so it’s basically not working in my WordPress.

I had an issue with the plugin connecting to our CRM but using the email address found on the plugin, I was answered almost immediately – Dispesh took an immediately look and within an hour all my website leads are flying into my CRM system.

Excellent support and especially for a free piece of software.

Because of my theme, I needed some support
They gave it to me very quickly and solved it within q quarter of an hour
Now it works like a charm
The big advantage is the flexibility of the tool
* fields and fieldnames (I use Dutch language, no problem)
* possibility to use hidden fields: very handy

I am very happy with this plugin, it works fine with SugarCRM community edition. During the setup I had a little problem while trying to connect to the crm, and I contacted the developer. He answered my question very quick and solved my problem easily. If I did check the FAQ, I could have been solving it by my own ??

The plugin is very easy to use. I use it with many theme.

I had a problem once, with a specific theme. The support solve my problem in a couple of minuts only.

This is a good plugin, but its missing an import function which is an option to add a redirect url upon submission.
