I couldn’t find how to add icons anywhere, I have the pro version
Hi, looking to use this on my site as it seems like the best/lightweight option for a category accordian.
I’ll probably upgrade to pro for the icon feature, but wanted to ask if it’s possible to upload png/icons/images to use in the accordian, or must we use font awesome included ones?
I ask because for speed reasons I try to remove as much bloat as possible, including font awesome etc. so it would be ideal if I could use my own images or icons instead of having to use an external library like font awesome.
If this is possible with a little coding or editing somewhere that would be fine too, doesn’t have to be a specific feature, just wondering if it is possible.
Also – just a recommendation if it is possible – it would be great to have an admin demo to check out the pro features and see the difference between pro and free. No idea if its difficult for you to do, but might help with sales and people wondering about upgrading.
Thanks!
Hi,
I am using free version of the plugin, added shortcode to my sidebar. Evethough I set up Menu Depth to 0, I can see only 1st level. Expand/collapse icons are not visible. Can you please support?
Hi,
Nice plugin …
How do you apply the accordion effect to an existing main vertical menu please?
Thanks
Hello,
I am missing something. I watched this tutorial:
I have no text widget.
I found this statement:
Widgets use blocks now, just like the editor:?https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/block-based-widgets-editor/
So how and where would i paste the shortcode??

Craig
Hi,
We have been trying to add the accordion into an Elementor popup, but the JS to toggle the accordion doesn’t work… any tips to make it work?
Hello,
When I browse a Woocommerce category (main category or sub category doesn’t matter), the active category is not highlighted (or expanded) in the accordion menu. Is there a shortcut for that? or is it a PRO version feature?
One more issue I’d like to share. I respect your decision, but why is the Pro version so expensive? We can buy fully featured themes and complex scripts such as translation plugins for this price. Something between $13-15 would be reasonable.
Thanks in advance
I have a problem with editing css, so I want to edit text width to be around 70% because now the text is under the counter. Can someon help me how to achive that. If I change a width to 70% the whole
is on 70% width not just text. so the text has to break to 2nd row if width is more than 70%.
I hope that I have written sufficiently comprehensibly.
Are you serious that only the PRO version shows a settings widget? So I cannot test anything you offer for the PRO version at all before I buy it?
VERY strange policy. I would like to give it a try, but without knowing what I buy, no thanks.
Great, the new update has a new editor.
But why is it not able to keep my menues that I created before?
Yes, they are still online – but look differently now and are not accessible through the new editor.
So, obviously if I want it to look like before, I have to create the menus again?? ?? And that with a paid plugin!?

EDIT: I switched it back to a previous version now, but that cannot be a good solution of course.
Hey there,
I just noticed that the old widget isn’t possible to use with Gutenberg since it shows only the Gutenberg blocks as an option in the widgets section. Are you planning to update for Gutenberg in the near future possibly?
Of source we can use the shortcode option that works nicely but it isn’t really beginner friendly way to approach this. I think a lot of folks would like to use this plugin since it works really nicely with everything. The current woocommerce Product Categories List block doesn’t have an option that would close the previously opened menus at all. So it is pretty bad to use with quite many categories.

Niko
Hello
Is it possible, in free or premium version, to expand category when clicking on it’s name, not only on the “+” icon ?
Thanks
Hi,
in free version not working exlude, include options?
Hi,
I have the following configuration of the shortcode – [wpb_category_accordion taxonomy=’product_cat’ orderby=’menu_order’ order=’DSC’ show_count=’no’ hide_empty=’yes’ icon=’+’ accordion=’no’], but the empty categories are still displaying.
Any ideas how to find what’s causing the problem.
Hello,
I’m using your plugin. and I’m looking for way to keep the accordions expanded for the current category
Hey there,
I was going to test out the upcoming “High-Performance Order Storage” for WooCommerce and WPB was giving out combability issues. Do you have any plans to update the plugin to support HPOS in the future?

Hello! I have installed the free version, but can’t see the Elementor widgets. Should they be available in the free version?
Thank you

Hi Team,
I am using this plugin WPB Accordion Menu – Elementor Accordion Menu – WooCommerce Category Accordion. How I can inherit the template/shortcode template in my theme folder, so it won’t break during an update?
My client likes your plugin, but doesn’t like the + that changes to an x, when the menu is opened. She feels that the x will be confused with the X to close the overlay.
I see that you have an icons option, but when I change it to a ^, nothing changes in the menu.
Hi,
My WpBean Accordion Menu may have a conflicting css issue with another plugin or theme, can you email me. Thanks in advance,
Rick
I can via Shortcode make the menu close after loading.
But not close the previous accordion, but close all after loading.
Is there any way??
Thanks.
Hi team,
Thanks for the solution. I’m using and liking. One question:
How to show attributes from products of woocommerce via shortcode ?
The dropdown menu not working on mobile devices.
The plug-in cannot be displayed after installation, what should I do?
Hi there,
Is there any possibility of adding custom icons to the menu items?
Hello, I am using your elementor widget and I would like to have categories in custom order as I have them in woocommerce.
I manually reordered categories in woocommerce and I need to follow this order.
Thank you for any help.
Hello,
Usually I am happy to pay for a premium plugin, but right now I am not even getting the free version to work properly.
First, I watched the video and am missing the WPB widget in the list of widgets. Using WP 5.7.2.
Then, trying to use a shortcode, but I cannot find the taxonomy for woocommerce in the examples or documentation.
Ok, finally I manage with the menu shortcode.
But all these hoops and missing info make me wonder if and how long this will be supported?
Thanks
Hi, i add an accordion menu in the side left of the product page. I’m using the normal menu (not category). It happens that if i navigate with your accordion it goes correct. Hi,
Can you advise on the CSS I need to change the text and background color for children?
I have this, but not seeing any effect:
.wpb_category_n_menu_accordion ul.sub-menu,
.wpb_category_n_menu_accordion ul.children {
background: #ffffff;
color: #000000;
}
Thanks,
E
I’m trying to purchase the Pro version of this plugin but the shopping experience is very strange. Can’t see what’s in my ‘cart’, online support is very slow, on-site support seems to be virtually abandoned, despite saying ‘we are online’. I hope the product is better than the procedure involved to actually acquire it.
