Hello There,
Could you please assist us in removing the out-of-stock product from the slider? We have attempted various methods, but none seem to be effective. Your prompt solution to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I installed the plugin and have the shortcode, but the product pictures don’t load. I have tried to deactivate Jetpack, and it is deactivated the pictures load. Can you help solve this?
In follow up to this ticket (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ajax-breaks-the-product-slider/), the layout now stays fine when the cart updates, but since the cart keeps finishing ajax operations every few seconds (maybe it is checking for something by ajax every few seconds), the layout of the slider is reset every few seconds, making it impossible to scroll to the next item as it is just reset in a second.
When the page/section is reloaded by Ajax, the slider breaks. It changes from horizontal to vertical and is no longer a slider. For example, when it is placed in the cart collaterals section of the woocommerce cart, which is typically where cross-sales go, it breaks whenever the cart is updated by ajax. See here: https://www.loom.com/share/8fe12959729a4dd88284fe4ff929abfb.
Also, wherever it is displayed, is there a way to get it to start horizontally instead of starting vertically and then jumping to a horizontal layout once it calculcates the sizes? The layout shift is not ideal for Google’s page experience metrics.
Hello!
I installed the carousel shortcode on my site and it works! There are no complaints about the functionality!
in the content of the page – in Gutenberg – the block “Arbitrary HTML”.
on internal pages – to the bottom widget “HTML-code”.
However, there are requests for CSS colors.
the background of the “add to cart” button and the price have the same color. you can make different colors.
The color of the inscription on the “add to cart” button is not set. it is assumed that all sites have a white inscription on a dark button, and not vice versa.
the third color “Primary Color Light” does not seem to be used anywhere. but in vain.
you have to write:
not “Secondary Color” and “Secondary Color Light” but “Previous Button Color” and “Next Button Color”.
not “Primary Color”, but “Add to Cart Button Background Color”.
not “Primary Color Dark”, but “Add to Cart Button Background Color on Hover”.
add colors:
“Text color of Previous and Next buttons.
“Text Color of the Add to Cart Button”.
“Price Text Color”.
“The color of the strikethrough price”.
In principle, all sites have CSS configured for “price” and “crossed out price”, shop buttons “Add to cart” and so on. Therefore, it makes no sense to set them separately in the plugin. You need to use the CSS classes that are already in Woo.
Usually WP and WOO themes also have pagination button colors set.
.post-navigation .nav-previous,
.post-navigation .nav-next,
.posts-navigation .nav-previous,
.posts-navigation .nav-next {
...
}
And perhaps these colors can be used for the carousel buttons “Previous” and “Next”.
If by default these “nav-previous” and “nav-next” classes are set in the PHP code of WP and WOO, then they are not needed, perhaps. I don’t know.

Hi
I have added custom fields to my WooCommerce products, is it possible to display them in the slider?
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Sascha
Hi, as you can see on my page, the slider’s orientation is vertical but I wanted it to be horizontal.
The code I wrote is this:
[wpb-product-slider product_type=”category” category=”100″ autoplay=”true” loop=”true” nav=”true” pagination=”false” items_desktop_small=”4″ items_tablet=”2″ items_mobile=”1″ show_cart=”on” show_price=”on”]
What’s wrong? Up until a week ago it was fine
Hi!
I’ve tried many sliders today and yours is the most promising.
The only issue I’m having is that I want smaller images and smaller blocks overall.
I added the woo_image=”false” to the shortcode, added the code to functions.php, just changed the ‘large’ to ‘thumbnail’, but the images are still the same size, just blurry.
Any idea what I’m not doing right?
Note that I also deleted the <?php, because it woulnd’t accept it, because it shows it as a mistake because of the <
/**
* Add this code on your theme functions.php file
*/
add_filter( ‘wpb_wps_product_archive_thumbnail_size’, ‘wpb_wps_product_archive_thumbnail_size_update’ );
function wpb_wps_product_archive_thumbnail_size_update( $size ){
$size = ‘thumbnail’; // your image size
return $size;
}
Thank you!

1. [wpb-product-slider product_type=”category” category=”45″ autoplay=”true” loop=”true” nav=”true” pagination=”false” items=”4″ items_desktop_small=”3″ items_tablet=”2″ items_mobile=”1″]
2. [wpb-product-slider product_type=”category” category=”52″ autoplay=”true” loop=”true” nav=”true” pagination=”false” items=”4″ items_desktop_small=”3″ items_tablet=”2″ items_mobile=”1″]
But these sliders are not responsive. i use WP page builder framework theme. And all the plugins are uptodate
Thank you in advance

Hi there! Thanks for your awesome plugin.
Question.
I have a site with more than 100 categories, and I only want to exclude one of them from the Slider.
Is it possible to exclude one category instead of adding all the categories numbers to include?
Thank you again!
Edit: (I just tried adding some category id numbers in the shortcode and the backend settings and does not seem to be working either).
I’ve been testing out this plugin which honestly has been great for it’s purposes, however I’ve not been able to get rid of the grey colored grid and center the tabs. Would much appreciate some help with this. I’m currently using Divi builder for my website so I’m guessing CSS is the best way to go about it.
Thanks
Hi there,
I’ve got the slider working with latest and featured products but when I use the [wpb-product-slider product_type=”category” category=”22,26,33,37″] it returns the same slider as [wpb-product-slider posts=”12″]
I have it set properly for my page i.e. [wpb-product-slider product_type=”category” category=”paint”] (as the category i want to show is paint) However despite numerous attempts and changes it only ever shows the standard latest products slider.
Am I entering something wrong? Or what can be done.
Thank you

Here’s how the plugin code works now:
” class=”wpb-wps-product-title”>
<?php the_title( ‘
’, ‘
’ ) ?>
where did you give this CSS.
width: 288px; margin-right: 10px;
i need to change make it bigger. now,i am doing it like this
width: 268px!important;margin-left: 15px;margin-right: 15px!important;
but I need to have dynamic value to be responsive
owl.carousel.css and main.css are blocked by https. I need to have SSL so why plugins add a link with HTTP on it.

Hello, I am using this plugin on multiple sites.
On one site this doesnt work right. No matter how I set slider, it shows same count of columns on mobile and on desktop. I have it set (as default) 4 on desktop, 1 on mobile. I have shortcode that says the same. But no matter what I do, it still shows 4 on both devides (which is bad)
Any ideas how to fix this? (all pages the same – themes, settings, etc.)
Thank you
Hello! Thanks for your amazing plugin, have been using the related products beforehand with great results!
I have 2 issues with this “Product Slider” plugin..
1 – The sale banner doesn’t display correctly, I have figured out what is causing it to do so but I have been unsuccessful in coding the CSS for this to happen, see the following link: https://livegiveaways.co.uk/storage/MainSliderSaleBannerError.mov
The sale banner shows perfectly on the Related Products version
2 – How do I get the navigation buttons to show the same as the “related products” navigation buttons?
See the following link: https://livegiveaways.co.uk/storage/NavButtonIssue.png
Thank you!

Hey
How can I make a slider with products on sale?
I installed WPB on my site, and I can’t see it appearing:
At the same time I noticed the Product Images don’t show in Products Categories and on the Shop’s home[age:
(they do show on individual Products pages, however).
I installed the plugin on an other website and it works well, however.
What can be the cause of this?
I expected when I selected a category that all the products from that category’s child categories would be displayed. Instead, I had to manually specify all the child categories. It would be a nice addition in any update.
Hello,
Thank you for your great plugin!
I’m currently facing an issue with number of columns displayed.
Currently I have the following configuration for the plugin:
Number of Column Large Screen 6
Number of Columns Small Desktop 4
Number of Columns Tablet 3
Number of Columns Mobile 2
I’m using a 22-inch display. When the browser window is in full-screen, and I enter the website, 9.5 products are shown instead of six. And when the browser is not in full-screen (let’s say it’s at 70-80% size), 6.5 products are shown. However, as soon as I manually re-size the browser window by dragging the side bar with mouse, the slider corrects itself and shows 6 products. The same happens in laptop.
Similar issue in mobile as well. I’m using samsung S9. When the website first loads I can see 2.5 products. But as soon as I scroll down or use the slider’s navigation buttons it corrects itself and shows 2 products.
I would appreciate your help & your guidance with this!
Thanks,
Rob
