Why do you reuse the id customer_details for the button at the top of the page? customer_details is the default id for the main checkout form. So if I want to use css to hide your button at the top (because you give no other way to hide it) I can’t hook it by a unique id.

Why is there a button at the top?

Why are we forced to have a button at the top? There should be a way to turn that off!
