Wanted to know if sync grabs only the recent posts on a periodic schedule, or tries to grab the whole site again.
I have been using WordPress Crosspost which is no longer being maintained; though it works it is reporting errors and I want to move off it, this seems like a good option but I don’t want to have it re-post my whole self-hosted site into my wp.com site since the old stuff is already there.
And for the complete record, would that be an option in other cases than mine (previous plug in has an option to import all existing posts, but like I said, it’s an option off by default.)

I’m trying to import posts (my sister uses wordpress.com for posting news articles) to her main site – however, I only have the log in details for then wordpress.com site.

I personally have a wordpress.com login details to go into developer resources. Can I use this to generate key etc for sisters site url?
