The Post Block and Product Block in the email editor aren’t working as expected. In the first Post Block, images appear blurred, and unlike MailPoet, there’s no option to display images in full width or at a higher resolution for both post and product blocks. Additionally, the layout options for these blocks are limited and don’t look professional. Everything else works perfectly, but it would be great if the design could take some inspiration from MailPoet. Overall, your work is amazing!

Hi CS, Ive added a custom page and would like to add a few more in front of the cart page on a global funnel. each will be a different style entry EG one for Facebook lead gen, another for TikTok etc. My question is, if a user buys from the product page will they go direct to the cart or the start of the funnel? Can I have multiple landing pages go to 1 checkout? Im more concerned where the woo product page will go.

My Woocommerce products are entered without TAX but are shown with TAX applied. I have a WPFunnel checkout with an upsell which when displayed shows without the TAX. How can I show this with the tax applied to be consistent with all the other products/offers etc?

Hi I was just wondering if there is any differences between a Landing Page or a Custom page?

The reason is that I am building a product funnel with a landing page. The product is in the woo shop on a seperate product page too and if someone purchase the product from the product page/categories I need it to enter the same funnel. If I turn on global funnel to do so it disables the landing page I made which is not convenient. So I can create a custom page in-front of the checkout page and replicate my original landing page so now I have the global funnel working with a landing page. The product has The product page & a stand alone landing page that both go to the same flow.

So I was wondering what the actual difference is between the custom page and the Landing page. Options etc?

I do not have the ‘Integrations’ tab in my WPFunnels settings. I have ‘Dashboard’, ‘Funnels’ and ‘Settings’ in the lefthand menu. Within ‘Settings’ I have ‘Events & Other Integrations’. But within there I have none of the integration options shown in the documentation – Only ‘Facebook Pixel’, ‘Google Tag’ and ‘Google Maps’. I have no email settings anywhere within the plugin. What is missing?

Hi I cannot active me subscription to WPfunnels Global Checkout Addon. I keep getting the message “You need to Install & Activate the latest versions of WPFunnels Basic(Free) & WpFunnels Pro before activating WPFunnels – Global Funnels.” I downloaded the one in my members area and still getting the same thing. The version that is installed is Version 3.5.3. Can anyone help?

I have just now activated the wp-funnels pro version, but the moment I activate woocommerce plugin, it results in a series of errors. I checked the errors thru ChatGPT and it says that the issue is wp-funnels requires php version 7.4, so I should downgrade php on my server from v8 to v7.4

Since this is a public forum, I am not comfortable listing out the entire verbose content of error messages, but please help resolve this issue.

I have found that when a customer accepts an upsell, the “Stripe Fees” that WooCommerce show are only for the first transaction – the Stripe fees associated with the upsell are not shown. We sync transactions including Stripe fees to our accounting software (Xero) and so this is causing the totals not to match.

Here is a screenshot showing a transaction in WooCommerce – you can see the Stripe fees are just $5.90.

However those fees are for the first product, NOT the upsell.

(Note: The upsell was then refunded which is shown here too).

Here is a screenshot from Stripe showing the transactions – you can see that the $5.90 was only the fee for the first transaction. The one-time-offer (upsell) had additional fees of $10.40, but this is not listed in WooCommerce.

I’m guessing this is something that WP Funnels needs to update? So that when an upsell happens, the Stripe fees recorded in WooCommerce are updated too?

It would be great if this could be done, because then when our accounting software syncs transactions and Stripe fees, the totals will match. Or if there is something I can do in the settings, please let me know.

I’m having several issues with the funnels first issue is adding the product the product is already on the website however when I provide the link or any type of information that is required for the product to be connected it does not recognize the product I keep getting an error code in addition to this the new issue now is I cannot even edit the funnel so an entire week has gone to the wayside because I cannot move on.

Hi I recently did a vanilla install. Got everything set up and working but, sometimes the automation will double send the same email to a subscriber. Just to be clear – it sends a given email twice at the same time. The issue appears intermittent so it’s difficult to debug. I *thought* it was a Redis issue so I flushed the cache and deactivated Redis. But now the issue has returned.

Using WPfunnels as the global checkout seems to place the billing state input in the page twice. When no country is selected it shows a small select option. When a country with required states, it shows two select2 inputs; one with the state and the other is the same as the original, small field.

After not using WPFunnels for a while, I went to edit a funnel only to find that it now only shows 1 step. The rest have been deleted. his was quite an elaborate funnel. The funnel is still operational as I just got an order through it, yet I can’t edit or even see the steps in the WPFunnel plugin. Help!

When a customer abandoned cart and click back button on the payment gateway to return to the order page without paying, the Facebook purchase pixel will be fired. Can you please look into this?

I have such a problem:

I created a special php snippet that validates one of the fields added with the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro) plugin in the checkout form (WPFunnels plugin sees these fields in its checkout). In Poland, additional fields “company name” and NIP (VAT) are needed for invoicing, so I had to add them (and it is the NIP (VAT) field that validates my snippet).

The snippet is presented as follows:

If the customer wants to receive an invoice, he checks the box “I want to receive an invoice” and 2 fields appear for completion: company name and NIP.

I have a dedicated plug-in installed for invoicing (whose name is Woocommerce FakturaXL by WPDesk). This plugin automatically issues invoices when the order status changes to Completed.

The problem is as follows: while on a standard Woocommerce checkout page with the Woocommerce FakturaXL plugin enabled, everything works as expected, the checkout used in a sales funnel created with the WPFunnels plugin does not. To be more precise – the script works and validates NIP (VAT) in the WPFunnels funnel only when I disable the Woocommerce FakturaXL plugin and stops validating when I enable it.

Are you able to solve this problem?

I created the validation to eliminate the problem with misspelled NIP (VAT) already at the checkout stage. Unfortunately, when I enable the FakturaXL plugin, this validation stops working in the WPFunnels sales funnel (which is very important for my sales activities), causing customers to write nonsense in the NIP field, which in turn prevents automatic issuance of documents.

I am using the latest version of all plugins Woocommerce FakturaXL 1.7.0, Woocommerce 9.1.2, WPFUnnels 3.4.7

I am very much asking for help.

This scenario (three-step funnel):

1. the customer enters the funnel landing page, from which he/she goes to the next step -> checkout
2. as he/she is ordering access to the course, he/she has to create an account during the purchase (it is created for him/her automatically, he/her just has to enter the password)
3. it turns out that the customer already has an account in the store, because he/she previously placed some order, but does not remember the password
4. so he/she goes to the step of recovering the password – and this raises a serious problem, because:

• the customer exits the funnel and enters the regular store page
• there he/she changes the password and DOES NOT return to the funnel anymore – in a word, he/she stays on the store page (my account).

Can’t you somehow integrate changing the password in the funnel, so that the customer doesn’t land on another page and leave the funnel (I mean that all processes take place inside the funnel)?
