This is an excellent plugin.
I have one suggestion for the author though. It would be nice to be able to have additional video perameters like these:
version=3&autoplay=1&autohide=0&controls=0&hd=0&modestBranding=1&rel=0&showinfo=0&end=36

I have installed this plugin and test on wordpress 3.5
It’s working fine. there is one more option is very nice, we can select category from dropdown when we show all custom posts from category.
