I hope you can help me, I’m making this website for a client and have all of a sudden come up with these errors with this plugin. Its been working perfectly fine up to now and I’ve change all settings and restore from backups and things that may have caused it but still cannot get it to work. Is anyone able to help or if they know what I can fix to make it work?

Ive gone through all of the PHP files and can’t see, to find anything wrong at all and I haven’t changed anything that’d affect it.

Sorry to bother you guys. I am using the Avada theme. I’d like to be able to install a Favorites or Wishlist/Shortlist kind of plugin that allows potential customers when surfing my live bands’ pages, to be able to “like” a band page so it gets saved in a shortlist for them with any other band profile pages they’ve liked, and then have the functionality that they can send me that completed list when they are done, along with any other relevant information I might need to organise the live band for them, like their wedding date, and their wedding location etc. Does this plugin allow them to add some information like this to their shortlist, and send it to me? I also don’t want them to have to sign up, just to be able to like some of my pages to send me. I’d like them to just be guests that can build a shortlist, and send it to me.

Hi there!

I would like to export my wishlist from one website and import it to another. When I do it with the WordPress tools Import & Export it just takes over the list name, without the gifts in that list.

It’s quite a hassle to manually copy them as there are many, so it would be so great if there was a solution for this.

I really liked the plugin, I’m using it for guests to choose gifts from a wedding list.

But I’m having a problem:

After adding an item to the list, the page remains unchanged. It looks like it didn’t work. Only when the page is reloaded does the person see that the item is unavailable.

It would be better than adding to the list, reloading the page, so that the person’s action (adding item to the list) would bring a result to the page (she would see that it worked).

Is it possible to add this option? What part of the code would I have to modify?

When two users on different locations open a present at the same time and do a reservation for it within 2 minutes difference, there are two reservations generated – the first one with the correct product title, the second one with a blank title. The names of the reservers are stored correctly.

But the second “subscriber” does not know, that the present has been already reserved.

1) Email notifications – is this available or in the progress?
2) Is there any function to display items currently on sale. So it’s possible to input sale price but the ordinary price is still listed somewhere.
3) Is there any possibility to disable the “buy here” button on certain gifts. Right now, the only way I can accomplish this is by setting the gift as unlimited.

Hi there, love this plugin.
I am using it in an ecommerce. After configuring, translating and styling it I have found that variations in variable products do not expand when I try to edit them on the desktop.

I deactivated the plugin and the variations work correctly again.
I tested it at two different sites and the same thing happens.
Can you help me with this? I really like the plugin but if it causes that error we will not be able to use it.

Hi, when I have the WPML language switch plugin activated with this plugin, I get this message about reloading the page all the time. So there is a bug in your plugin. Can you fix this? Many people use the WPML plugin, so it might help many.

From field required :
It would be more secure to be able to set fields as required in the settings page as a user can not send a empty formular.
Is there anyway to make this functionality available in a new version?

Email confirmation
It would be more professional to confirm by email to the client taht the gift as well be reserved.
In the same way to confirm to the shop manager that he con prepare the command.

I’ve discovered that when links are added to a gift, you add the following to the clickable link without permission (?tag=dreiqbik-20) not sure if you are trying to get free referral money from this, but it is breaking several links and guests cannot get to the product page.

This is a great plugin. I have a question – I want a visitor to be able to register themselves on the site and create a gift registry by adding their own gifts details. Is that doable? Or can you add that feature in this? Looking forward to your reply.

Having a problem with the ability to click any button during editing. The buttons such as publish or update do not work.

You can bulk edit it into a published status outside of editing mode only but cannot save anything directly.

Did anyone report this issues for the latest version WP 5.2.2.?

1. E-Mail confirmation: When do you plan to release the new version with e-mail confirmation?
2. General confirmation: It would be very nice, to display a confirmation message after “confirm” the item. Something like “Thank you for …”
3. There is a javascript error in the DevTool-Console: “Uncaught TypeError: r.search is not a function at constructor.search (main.js…)”. Would it be possible to fix that?

I use the Australian Amazon and that uses the .com.au domain but the plugin changes it to .com and ruins the link.

Hello, there still appears to be a bug where there is a limit to 82 items on a wishlist.
when you try to add item 83, no matter what fields you fill, when you save it, there is just a blank item 83 at the end of the list. If you try to add several things after 82 then save, you are left with just a blank item 83 and no additional items.

I would love the possibility to hide the “Give” button for certain gifts, e.g. for “donation to our honeymoon” and similar. Currently, the gift is disabled (reserved) and moved to the bottom of the wishlist upon the very first “Give” submission.

first off, many thanks for this plugin. It is a godsend to my current project, the creation of a wedding website for my brother and his soon-to-be wife.

I do have a request: would it be possible to get an option to replace the slider that the website currently displays by a simple “type-your-input” box? We would like to let the guests choose their contribution as they want and do not want to leave them fiddling to get the bar exactly right.

I get it if you do not want to implement this, but I would also be grateful for some indications for implementing this myself.

Second, I would support a) an option to have a gift be given unlimitedly and b) to hide the total price of all gifts that are separated in parts. But I think I’ve figured out how to do both of those myself ??

I really like the plugin, so thanks for that. But at the moment without some sort of payment option I find I need to make my own page with links to paypal (although I would love a cheaper alternative for credit card payments!)

The past week we had a lot of trouble regarding our website.
The backend of our website was not working.(Wpbakery page builder,…)

We just did the update to wordpress 5.0.2 with Gutenberg builder.
I thought the problem was there.
Eventually we noticed that your plugin “WPGiftRegistry” is not conform the update to WP5.0.
When I deactivated your plugin, everything worked fine again!

So, Are you planning to udpate the plugin “WPGiftRegistry”so I can use it for my wedding website in the new WP5.0?
I would love to use it!
