I like me know if this plugin write in the .htaccess file

If write the .htaccesss when deleting the plugin is delete the code?

I am testing similar plugins and not working and break the .htaccess and break the WordPress panel instalation for plugins (I think because apply the gzip to the WordPress admin and break the WP admin…)
