Won't Connect to ID

When I click on the button it just starts a new blank hangout. It does not use the ID in the settings to connect to us at the office.

How can I have the button start a hangout and invite my account?

Is there a way we can change the button color from green to like RED? Love the plugin and it works great on the most recent version of wordpress.

I have a social site. When using this with BuddyPress, can this be restricted to members only when they are logged in? Or, is there an additional plugin that can track BuddyPress settings?

Can I enable both Hangout & Hangout on-air to be accessed from different pages or do I have to use one or the other?

FYI, have had no issues with 4.0.1
