Seems that the audio will play in every other browser.
Also, I am unable to change the order (HTML5 first, Flowplayer as fallback, etc…)
When I use the “poster” parameter, the image ends up misaligned with the embedded player by about 10px top and left. I’ve tried resizing the image and using jpg or png. Always the same effect. Any ideas?
Other than that, this plug-in seems to work splendidly. Thanks!

I have the player installed and working, but it just shows a black square with the play arrow. Is there a way to get it to show a preview of the video?
Here’s my example page: https://www.bellingham.org/share/
Hi,
My videos are working great in Firefox, its just the posters don’t seem to load in IE.
When I view source in IE8, the code it looks like this:

Looks like the encoding is getting confused with the encoding of the ampersand and outputting ‘& #38 ;’ IE doesn’t seem to like this and refuses to load the poster image.
I am not sure if this is a wordpress related issue?
Any clues would be appreciated as my videos are just coming up with black boxes.
This plugin doesn’t work correctly with Multisite and iOS.
This is due to an issue with the path rewriting I think. Basically, it all works fine in computer browsers, but when you try and use it on iOS across one of the multisite installs on a sub-directory it doesn’t find the file and the video fails.
The root domain works perfectly on iOS. https://www.tantrum.tv Any sub folders fail. Possibly due to the rewriting of blogs.dir
Any ideas? Work-arounds? It may be related to this bug also.
https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/15552
It’d be nice to see this fixed as at present my client’s sites don’t work correctly on iOS. (The main reason for using HTML5 video in the first place)
look at https://www.tantrum.tv/losangeles to see the issue (on an iPad / iPhone)
It’d also be nice for there to be an option to set the file to preload (rather than having to hack the plugin code to get this functionality to work)
Great plug-in thank you.
I cant remove the download links next to where the video is embeded. Is there an option I am missing?
In my case I would rather not give users that option if possible. I cant seem to find a way to remove the links.
Thanks for any guidance.
Not really an issue or bug report just a general question.
If I’m mainly going to be uploading h.264 video to my site how can I get the plugin to automatically work it’s magic on my video. I assume a bit of php code that automatically adds the [embed] tag and everything. Suggestions? As of now I have to add the video via the media browser then manually add the code to it, just looking for a way to automate the embed tag part.
Thanks, this player rocks and it appears to work on all browsers on my mac and my horrid Vista laptop.
Hi,
The iPhone doesn’t seem to be able to play my h264 video when I use this plugin, is it normal behavior? Even when I try your demo it does not work on the iphone.
Thank you for your help!
