We have purchased Active Campaign & Contact Form 7 (Pro) lifetime license, which has stopped working for over a month now. After some initial responses from the support, they have totally ghosted us for more than 2 weeks, leaving the issue unresolved and not replying to any of our emails. Not exactly the level of client service we had expected.
Do you have similar issues? Is there an alternative way of contacting support, besides email and their contact form?

1.) Checkboxes
Can you say to us, how we use checkboxes? When we sent Contact form7 checkboxes with your plugin to Active Campaign, we receive a boolean 1. Is it possible to sent checkboxes from website and your plugin to Active campaign?
Example: Form sent -> active campaign check the checkbox of a custom field
2.) Override of Informations
Could you confirm, that when somebody sent the contact formular twice, your plugin overwrite any informations but dont create a “second activity” in the contact window of Active Campaigns? If so, I think its a bug, isnt it?
At the moment: Same guy with same email adress sent the same form 2 times -> Active campaign overwrite the contact informations without creating a second activity.
Expected: Same guy with same email adress sent the same form 2 times -> Active campaign overwrite the contact informations but create a secondary activity note on the right of the contact window.

]]>I am trying to send the page title, page url and page id via the CF 7 form to Active Campaign.
Preferably as tags. However, I only manage to get the url via the tag _url
I also tried to use the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7-dynamic-text-extension/
But with this plugin I do manage to populate the fields in the form. However, I cant send them as a tag to Active campaign.

I am trying your plugin and wanted to upgrade to Pro. I clicked the link but the website it tries to go to fails. If I try to go directly to your site wpoperations.com the site also fails. Not feeling good about an upgrade when the developer’s site is offline

Contact form will not submit if I activate the Active Campaign & Contact Form 7 plugin.
The loader just loading forever but no error message shown in the screen but I can see an error on the console.

I have test new plugins installed by deactivating them to check a conflict, but I could not find anything from any of them.
I reset the API key and reentered onto the system, but nothing happens.

I seem to have a problem with my form, linked with this plugin. If I deactivate the plugin, it works again.
The exception is:
code: “invalid_json”
message: “The response is not a valid JSON response.”
You can try to enter something in the form if you want to try.
I hope you have some ideas as where this bug is coming from. If you need more info let me know.

I have more forms at my site. I copied the exact settings to this form. Yes also went to form fields to select e-mail and name. I checked many times and the settings with the working contact forms are identical. But still the contact do not pop up in my list in active campaign. What is going on? Thnx its urgent.

i use the plugin in CF7 with a checkbox to subscribe to the newsletter. But on submitting the CF7 the mail doesnt get a confirmation mail. The Mail is instant in active Campaign list. but i want a second mail for the user to confirm the newsletter entry. i got the pro version.
Is it possible to add an option for the user to opt-in to joining the ActiveCampaign list?
The main purpose of my form is a contact form for messages, not to collect emails, so I don’t want to sign people up unwillingly.

]]>Trying to connect the contact form 7 pro version but it keeps failing.
I added the files to my FTP folder. Then I head back to the plugins and click activate.
However, it says a new version is available and as soon as I click update it removes my files from the FTP and the PRO version fails.
I also tried to not update and after activating the pro version in the plugins screen, I went to the contact 7 forms settings and it was still asking me to update to the pro version?
