Hello Support,
I’m encountering a React error that prevents the Shop Manager role from editing products while using the WpStream plugin. This issue does not occur with Administrator access, but it stops the editing process entirely for Shop Managers. Please find screenshot here.
Due to the severity of this issue, I’ve completely deactivated the WpStream plugin, as I suspect it may cause conflicts in other areas of my site as well.
I appreciate your help in resolving this matter!
Thank you!

Hello Support,
We noticed that even when the [wpstream_player id="123"][/wpstream_player]
is not added, the related stylesheet and script files are still being loaded. This is causing slower page load times.
Also there are 3 3rd party large scripts causing website pagespeed load issue.
Additionally, even when using a third-party live stream service like Zoom, the youtube.min.js file is still being added unnecessarily. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

I am having problems with the WooCommerce and WPStream plugin on the “My account” page (https://www.nysec.be/mijn-account/)
When I enable the WPStream plugin, it shows me the following menu items: “My Live Streams” & “My Videos”. (Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1l763rGw0RMaSD89B1kyPoxtJLrOIpeP2/view?usp=sharing)
When I disable the WPStream pmugin, it shows me the following menu items: (Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CHzwjhIau4u3fKU_7YXC4lwLUpH5Kzei/view?usp=sharing)
I want the WooCommerce menu to show the items such as “2FA,..” when the WPStream plugin is enabled.
]]>The “Team” tier states You can run up to 15 channels at the same time. Can we setup more than 15 so long as they’re not all streaming concurrently?
We need to setup 100 channels but only 5-10 would be used in any 1 month.
]]>After the free trial 5GB ended I can’t proceed at all to my GoPro live streaming configuration via my smartphone.
I always get the message:
Live stream ended.
The server ended your connection. If you didn’t end the stream try again.
What should i do? Would upgrading to a paid plan solve the issue? Or it has to do with another bug?
I am in the middle of an ITF tennis event and i need a solution asap please.
]]>We livestream our service on the Guildfordurc.org.uk website using WP Stream
This has worked well until three weeks ago when we had a report of someone being unable to access the livestream.
If you access the website home page normally there is a message in the Watch Live window that says “we are not broadcasting at the moment”. When the site receives a stream this is replaced either with a play arrow (as above) or with the livestream. On occasions (50%+ of the time) it seems that the play arrow appears but clicking on it has no effect. WP stream acknowledges that there is a viewer in the box top left but the stream neither appears automatically nor can you click the play arrow – which does not behave as a button. I have observed this both on a Windows PC and on an Android phone and I know of three other people who have had the same issue.
When this problem recurred last Sunday I checked in WP stream via the admin page of the website and I was able to see the livestream at the same time as observing the “no access” problem via the website homepage.
What do you suggest?
]]>Does WpStream prevent viewers from downloading the video they are viewing?
]]>Hi
I am searching for a way to add a nice countdown on my WordPress website till the next live broadcast starts. If possible a way to start next countdown based on a scheduled live streaming timetable and also for the countdown to auto change to say “Live Streaming Will Start Soon” after the time has elapsed.
Thanks
]]>I’m unclear whether there is a permanently free version of WpStream?
It appears premium plans start at $19/month and increase with usage.
Is there a free version, and if so, what are the limitations?
Thanks!

]]>Hi,
We had a WPStream account some time ago, resp. that was the account, that our webdeveloper had some time ago.
The thing is, at the moment we don′t use WPStream, we only use it once a year.
Now we noticed, that something has changed in our WP database.
The 2 following lines have disappeared from table “wp_options” (while WPStream plugin is still active and we didn′t change any WPStream configuration in the WP backend):
(224202, ‘wpstream_api_username’, ‘[email protected]’, ‘yes’),
(224203, ‘wpstream_api_password’, ‘@test1#’, ‘yes’),
Is it possible, that these 2 lines in the database were deleted, because our webdeveloper deleted our WPStream account?
We didn′t find any setting in our WP backend, that would cause this.
Thx in advance and best regards
Markus
Hi,
Trying out streaming and recording, small issue:
– streaming via Chrome works fine with GoPro but recording is not saved.
Tried several times.
– streaming via Chrome works fine with Logitech 930 and recording is saved.
Any clue why it doesn’t save the recordings from GoPro?
Hello, I have a few questions.

Hello,
Is it possible to configure the player to play a streaming video url such as rtmp or m3u8?
In this case, if so, will the small icon for recasting the video on television screens be present on the player ?
Thanks

Hi setup this plugin and made all necessary changes but stream(video) is not playing.
I have configured zoom meeting here..
I have made all seteps guided here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nxOWcQrl6c
I am getting 2 errors in console.
1. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
2. VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
Can you please help.
Also I have tried with downgrading this plugin and WordPress version.
I’m in the early stages of setup and get an error message “Not enough streaming data or storage.” The file is 132MB, but I have “Your account information: You have 5.50 Gb available streaming data and 0.10 Gb available recording storage”
I’m confused about this… I have 5GB don’t I? Why can’t I upload my test video of 132MB?
]]>Hello!
When WP Stream is on, I cannot assign a membership level to my woocommerce subsctriptions.
1. WP Stream is “active”, product membership = “none”
Video: https://youtu.be/jfFRr9Ew0iA
2. WP Stream is “inactive”, product membership is OK
Here you can see the plugin deactivated and Membership is good. I also activate WP Stream and membership goes to “none”.

PMP is looking at it, I hope you can comment as well. If having to choose, we are keeping PMP and find another WP Stream alternative. As we would love keep WP Stream, we hope for clarification from your end.
Error occures when these (and only these) are active:
Paid Memberships Pro 2.9.5,
WooCommerce Add On 1.7.4,
WooCommerce 7.0.0, WpStream 4.4.7,

Hello,
I’m looking for a plugin to display/stream some short videos on my website and this plugin looks like a good option.
I am wondering if it’s possible to display how many people have watched each video?
Thank you
How can I show live channels like this: https://prnt.sc/iz-3_1YgjmrG
Currently while using elementor, it is showing like this: https://prnt.sc/up9NjKynxa9P
Also, it is getting too much padding from the left, so mobile layout is being poor.
You may see it here: https://www.thenexgenusa.com/home-new/
I am hoping to get the best option as soon as possible.
Hello,
I have a live stream product, an ACF with the start and end date field of the live stream.
I need to compare the start and end date with the current time and hide the live stream player inside the single product if it meets the end date and show a recorded video elementor video widget + acf to pull the dynamic url.
example:
live stream start at Sept. 8, 2022 – 12:00 am = js to check the current date if less than or equal to the start date, show live stream, CSS display: block;
live steam end at Sept 8, 2022 – 11:59 pm = js to check the current date if greater than or equal to the end date, hide the live stream player and show an elementor video widget via CSS display: block;
of course, this has to also check if the user already bought the item.
i hope this explains the logic.
Thank you.
]]>Hi, I did all for transmitting video, and I integrated the plugin with elementor.
But there is one thing I don’t understand, how do viewers know when a live is on, or when it will take place?
Is there a method to warn people visually, for example with a light or something?
Can you please update the readme file, so it includes the changelog?
It should show up at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpstream/#developers then.
Thanks,
Jos

]]>I’m using WPStream free trial and trying to broadcast from Streamyard to my website. I set everything up and made a channel – all looks good. The problem is that I cannot get a stream key.
When I turn on the Channel and choose to go live with external streamimg app I get the popup with the url but the Stream key field is empty as copy/pasted below:
Go Live With External Streaming App
Please choose your RTMP encoder/broadcaster
StreamYard
RTMP server URL:
rtmp://wpstre.am/golive/o63hc/QSBbftWxJByFiThswpstream/ COPY
Stream key:
COPY
So I can’t add it to the destinations in Streamyard and am unable to do a live stream on my website.
How can I get the Stream Key?
I’d really like this to work.
