I installed the plugin and on any mobile device started to get the warning: “critical error displaying the web page” and the page is not displayed. There is no information on how to fix the error

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my WPTouch account. It has been incredibly unstable for the past year & continually causes a fatal error regardless of theme & all other plugins being deactivated. Very sad since, when working, it’s been great & I’ve been a long time user. Anyone have any alternatives that are stable? Paying $160 a year for WPTouch and not able to use it is unacceptable.

Installed over the weekend and was set up in a day. was very easy to get everything running and it just worked smoothly with my site. now i have a mobile version! Steve from the Support team was very helpful when I had a few minor troubleshooting things to resolve, and quick to respond. I am using CMS theme which is great for my blog website with a lot of content.

Purtroppo all’attivazione del Plugin si è verificato un <Errore Irreversibile> con la impossibilità di accedere sia al Sito che alle sue Pagine di Amministrazione.
Ho dovuto seguire una procedura che tramite FileZilla o File Manager prima rinominava la Cartella “Plugins” in “Plugins-old” per disabilitare TUTTI i Plugins per poi rinominarla “Plugins” come in origine.
Questo mi ha consentito di entrare normalmente nelle Pagine di Amministrazione del Sito e riabilitare tutti i Plugins “escluso” quello difettoso che ho dovuto “eliminare”.

Da verifiche eseguite la problematica è da attribuirsi da un errore di programmazione del plugin per l’errore:

In questo caso le consiglio di contattare il produttore del plugin indicando l’errore segnalato e richiedendo una risoluzione nella prossima versione.

I use WP Touch Pro for the mobile version of my desktop site. This plugin is a good alternative for site owners who prefer a separate mobile theme instead of a fully responsive website. The interface is clean and simple and with some additional extensions like Multi-Ads a good result can be obtained. The support team is friendly and relatively quick to resolve issues.

THis does not seem to work well. It broke my Contact 7 forms, leaves left behind CSS formatting when changing themes and breaks the menu system. Im on WordPress 6.4.3. There website support page has missing documentation on how to manage this problem.

Doesn’t actually do anything. Preview shows quite well for a few lines but actually image on phones is as bad as it was before. Don’t waste money on the pro version.

I use CMS on 3 sites with different themes. Works really well on them all and looks good.
I recently had a duplicate account query and got a prompt reply and refund during the weekend.
Just to mention, recently it stopped working and I tracked the problem down to an incompatible other plugin: WPCode Lite. Once I’d deactivated it WP Touch came back to life. I didn’t need to delete WPCode Lite so I can reactivate it temporarily if I need it.

It is our first time using the plugin, and we received excellent support service from Brian to get our product key. The plugin enabled our websites to return on Google search due to better mobile-friendly scores. It is important to test multiple mobile devices to ensure everything is well integrated and working as it should. Use the Summit theme to include mobile changes on tablets. We got a few Google search AMP page errors, which we resolved by saving the permalinks after installing the plugin. The biggest problem was gibberish showing up in the mobile blog posts and store pages. We regenerated files and data CSS pages after customising the theme and clearing our cache. We did this for every theme we tried until we settled on Summit. We are now happy with the result and the time it has saved us.

The plugin has lots of settings to customize the way you like it to look on the mobile devices. I didn’t have any issues with it but recently one day, (reasons unknown) it wasn’t showing the menu correctly on mobile devices. I reached out to support and they responded immediately. The concern was resolved and the site shows correctly now. Having a great plugin is one thing but to have an excellent tech support team that responds immediately to our concerns is what we all need and appreciate. Thank you, Brian, for assisting me with my issue.

After years of using the WPTouch free plugin, I decided to upgrade to Pro to explore some more options to make for a better end-user experience. The Pro plugin unfortunately caused an issue using the default theme. This was on a Friday night, so I opened a ticket fully expecting not to hear back until Monday, if ever. Brian from their support team emailed me back within minutes and has been responsive well into the weekend answering any and all questions that I had. This is TOP NOTCH customer service and I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. A++++ and I will absolutely be a customer for the foreseeable future!
