Hello, I need to use this plugin for a VR Video we host on AWS servers. Even though all the necessary settings have been made on the AWS side, I receive the error mentioned below in the console on our site. As far as I have seen, many people who received the same error stated that they solved the problem by adding the crossorigin=”anonymous” attribute to the video tag. How can I add this feature?
VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:web-vr-hls-cors-not-supported undefined) Your browser/device does not support HLS 360 video. See https://webvr.info for assistance.
]]>Hi,
As I found my solution here yesterday, I’m posting another ‘issue’ that I’m facing.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
I am currently using your free version of the plugin, which works pretty good.
Unfortunately, we are facing issues with the quality of the background image of the VR-Stand.
We tried multiple things:
– Different formats (WEBP, JPG)
– Different qualities > up to 2560 x 1515 px (but the plugin seems to resize the image)
Do we have to get the paid version to enhance the background quality, or is there something else that we could do?
Any help is welcome.
Kind regards,
Jeremy Bosquet

Hello,
I tested WP VR inside a lightbox in oxygen builder. But I faced an issue:
https://pasteboard.co/zeWCvSmYLD0A.jpg
If I open the lightbox, the 360 view is grey and no image is visible. Only after “rezising the screen. The image ist visible.

]]>I’ve seen others complain about CORS issues with WP VR. Is there a way to fix this? All the other images served by our CDN on the website work fine. Only the images being used by WP VR are showing this CORS error.

I’ve tried adding this to my htaccess file:
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *

]]>How to set the correct compass direction.
Information in 360 panorama photos is often processed through photoshop, so the compass direction is lost.
When turning on compass in wpvr, it will not be accurate.
I propose one more function in wpvr, which will select coordinates
Setting the East (sunrise) or West (sunset) direction proactively according to hotpost will be more accurate.
For example, in the photo, the sun actually sets in the West, but on the compass it is East

]]>After one day of testing I bought the premium version yesterday and since then my problems started:
License validation: the key is evaluated as false, but most of the premium features are unlocked. I can add music, video, change controls, etc. But I am constantly prompted to activate the license.
Hotspot: I cannot add more than 5 hotspots.
Controls: since purchasing the license I cannot control the tour with the mouse. It doesn’t matter if I have basic controls enabled or not. I can’t navigate with gestures on my mobile.
Window size: I cannot change the size of the window. I tried WP editor, I tried Elementor. Nothing. Not even fullwidth works.
Support: although I have purchased the premium version, but since yesterday morning I have been waiting in vain for a response to my three tickets.
This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had in the last 5 years of using WordPress.
]]>Can you recommend a suitable theme for 360?
]]>I am evaluating your plugin and creating a test site on my pc with IIS.
I have no issues with other plugins, but with wpvr, I do:
I am able to upload 360 images, and to insert one of them in a scene.
However, if I click on “Preview” or on “Publish”, or if I try to navigate from one scene to another one, then I have the wheel spinning forever, and nothing happens.
I cannot provide a link to a site, given that I’m almost unable to do anything: neither publish, nor create a usable draft visit, as I cannot add hotspots, or a second scene (each time wheel spinning).
I made a fresh install, without any plugin so as to avoid interactions, and I also cleared the browser cache, all this to no avail.
I have the same behaviour, regardless of the browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome)
Any suggestion is welcome!
]]>I have installed this plugin for my WP site and had tried creating a test tour – it states the panorama is too big for your device?
I reduced to the wide down as much as 3000 pix but still the same message?
Any ideas what the issue?
for your reference – my 360 images were created using a DJI MINI 4 pro

]]>Hello,
I am building a website to display some paintings and wanted to create a virtual gallery like in a museum and display the paintings in some empty frames.
I understood it was possible to do something like that with this plugin.
https://rextheme.com/virtual-art-gallery-in-wordpress/
https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-customize-hotspot-icons-and-color/
I don’t have the premium access and I don’t know if it’s the reason why I don’t succeed to make it work or if I missed a step.
I’ve uploaded a picture of a museum with empty frame and I’ve created a hotspot pointing on the empty frame. I can well see the “i” icon and when I click on it I can see the picture.
Then I’ve added a custom css
.Painting1{
height:26px;
width : 26px;
background:
url(“https://eagle-artgallery.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/eagle-1450672_1920.jpg”) no-repeat center center / auto;
border-radius : 12px;
}
and I’m calling the class in Hotspot Custom Icon Class
But unfortunately the icon is staying a white i circulated in black.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and help

]]>Updated to the latest free version on a website built with Divi. It removed everything but the header menu. Rolling back fixes the issue. No errors in the console.
]]>Updated the plugin today to 6.3.5 and my whole website now shows as just a white page.
Traced the issue to a div with ID et-boc which is getting styles from a CSS file called wpvr-public.css
Deactivating WP VR so that this stylesheet isn’t active fixes the issue.
Any advice please?

]]>Hello, I’ve used WPVR Pro in the past, I even have the original tour still and am revisiting it’s usefulness for me. Unfortunately I can’t get it or even a new tour to load on a password protected web page using short codes, or the WPVR Elementor widget. My page just shows a blank background with my standard header/footers. I’d really like to test this out again and know that it is stable before repurchasing a Pro license. Help is appreciated!
