If you’re editing a Woocommerce product, if you check the “Exclude from coupons” option, if that product has been added to someone’s cart, no coupon will work on the other items that are not excluded. This is from version 1.3.8, which is why I was trying to update to the latest version in my other thread.

Is this a bug that was fixed in a newer version? What is the point of this option? It’s supposed to not apply the coupon only to that product and not prevent the coupon from being applied to other items, correct?

I’de like to translate some texts into my own language french.
For example, in the coupon itself : 15% Cart Discount : whete can I translate ‘Cart Discount’ ?
At the bootp,n of the coupon : Expires on … some date ; where can I translate ‘Expires on’ ?
Do I have to edit the po files for french that arae aleady available in /languages ?
Also there are some texts in the Account page that are not translated. Is this to say that the .pot file for french is not 100% finished translated ? Or is there another way to have them translated ?

For example:
If I set max limit to 5 and the coupon is percentage by 10%
if I apply coupon from admin dashboard it doesnt do the max limit
The coupons are working, but they are applying the discounts on default pricing rather than the price set for users in our custom user role “wholesale customer”.

]]>The checkbox to enable Apply Coupon Automatically is missing in my site, since a couple of weeks. I’ve rolled back the plugin to an earlier, but to no avail. I’ve installed Health Check & Troubleshooting, but even with only WooCommerce & Smart Coupons activated, the checkbox does not appear.
Just noticed: also – from the Smart Coupons menu, the menu items for Coupon Categories and Premium Upgrade are missing.
Any ideas what I could do to fix this?
]]>I am using a coupon code with Smart Coupons – 100OFF which allows the product to be purchased free. We are using Paypal. When the coupon code is used, the order confirmation page is shown, but no emails are sent to the purchaser or the admin.
WP Mail Logging shows the emails being sent out – but they never arrive in the inboxes.
When I test with a paid product, the emails do arrive, so it seems to be an issue with the 100OFF coupon code for 100% off the price. Can you help?

The issue when the user has less than 35 euros in the cart and proceeds to review the order: everything is blocked and it is not possible to continue with the order. I have currently deactivated the plugin, waiting for your response.
Hi! When I add a “Give Away Product” it works fine in general. But when customer have this Give away product in cart and they try to add another coupon that is checked with “cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.” the checkout screen hangs. The customer then need to refresh the page and then the new coupon is added, but the give away products is gone from the cart.
Is this a general bug you do have?
How can I come around it? If it cant be combined it should be a message or similar. The Give Away product should also be able to combine with different coupons, even if the coupons cant be added together with other coupons. How can I manage this?

]]>Hi. I have a smart coupon limited to 3 specific products with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 3. So if they have these 3 in the cart they will get 50% off, but if they have 4 or more of them in the cart the coupon is disabled. Is it possible to have the coupon apply 50% to 3 items in the cart and charge full price if there are more than 3 in the cart.
If they have 5 products in the cart the coupon will apply to 3 and the other 2 will be charged full price. Is there an option for this.
Hi, updated the plug-in from version 9.7.0 to 9.8.1. It then gave me a message to say that there is a database update required. I updated the database, but it keeps showing me this message: ‘WooCommerce Smart Coupons is updating the database in the background. The database update process may take a little while, so please be patient.’ When I click on view status, the update is under ‘failed’ with the following: ‘wc_sc_coupon_table >> action marked as failed after 300 seconds. Unknown error occurred. Check server, PHP and database error logs to diagnose cause.’.

I am trying to make a BOGO and it isn’t working the way I’d like.
I have a shirt store and I’d like it so that if someone orders a Red Cotton shirt, they are able to get any of the Cotton + Polyester Blend shirts for free. But these blend shirts have different variations. And it looks like I can only select one of the variations to be free. So as of right now, if they get the Red Cotton shirt, they can only get the Blue blend shirt free or the Red blend shirt free.
But I want them to be able to pick the color of the free shirt. I can’t find any documentation on how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Via Smart Coupon for woocommerce, I created 5 coupons: 1 product purchased = 10%, 2 = 20%, 3 = 30%, 4 = 40% and +5 = 50%.?
The discount applies well in the cart?
On the other hand, I have deactivated free delivery.?
However, in the cart, if all the items are from the "Privilege sales" category, delivery is not charged even though it should be. Does not arise when there is one or more items in the basket that are not part of the "privilege sales" category.?
This is very problematic because since the start of my private sales, customers who have purchased 100% of them. "privileged sales" items did not pay the shipping costs.?

I have activated that customers receive a free product when they do purchase above a certain amount. When they reached that level they do receive the free products. In the cart, the customer cnan change the number of free products to 100 if they want. Since it a a give away, free products if the customer buy above the set level. How can I make sure the customer cant add extra products?
I do want that the customer receive the same free gift even next time if they purchase above that amount, but they should not be able to add extra free gifts on the same order.
