Apparently the problem still occurs.
Plugin installed and connected.
Can’t open the list of previously saved templates and Elementor doesn’t shows “Presets” tab.
I did install WunderWP on 2 different sites
Site 1:
WP 5.9.3
Astra Pro - 3.6.6
Elementor Pro - 3.6.5Site 2:
WP 5.9.3
Betheme - 26.3
Elementor Pro - 3.6.5on both sites the WunderWP icon will not show up inside Elementor
It does save the template, but no way to load it
the WunderWP does not work. seems to have no templates and more to put them in the site. and this also happens with other sites that I have. As if not connected, it looks empty.
]]>Hi, after I installed the elementor panel stays stuck on loading. I tried uninstalling but it still does not load. I believe the problem was caused by Wunder wp since everything was working fine until this moment. I have used WunderWp before and never had a problem so I thank you for your work and will not give it a bad review.

Wunderwp is a great plugin, but I need some help.
I have IThemes security installed on my servers.
If I enable the “Banned Users” feature and enable Default Ban List “Enable HackRepair.com’s ban list feature” (ban list developed by Jim Walker), I can no longer upload templates to WunderWP.

Started to upload 2 asset(s)
“h-heyerlein-199092-unsplash.jpg” is not readable.
This seems to happen with any section i try to upload.
If I then disable the hackrepair.com ban list feature, I can then upload my templates fine.
Are the WunderWp servers banned for some reason?
Below, is what’s added to the .htaccess file when this feature is enabled.

Is it possible to have custom element preset data saved locally, rather than on your servers?
I realise the pre-made styles need to be stored in the cloud, but it’d be my preference to have presets that I’ve made to be stored locally rather than on an external server.
