According to your documentation, by default, 1 reward point is equal to 1 unit of the Woocommerce default currency. Is it possible to change this value? For example, can I make it so that 100 points equal 1 unit of the Woocommerce default currency? Also, can I set it up so that for every 1 unit of the Woocommerce default currency a customer spends, they earn N points back, instead of setting rewards points for each product?

Hello. Before installing this loyalty program plugin for WooCommerce, I have a question. Your woocommerce rewards plugin calculates the reward exactly for woocommerce order status, meaning when the order status is Completed? Or not?

And what then happens when the order goes into the Refunded status?
