We have just got Xeroom up and running and it is perfect! To be able to create an invoice in Xero when someone books a course on our website is a massive time saver!
Peter has offered excellent support, responding quickly and patiently working through each query. It has been very helpful communicating with a developer who is familiar with Xero, WooCommerce and WordPress unlike some plugin businesses who always respond with a generic answer I know Peter will be able to offer specific solutions and support.
As is suggested in the setup notes it will take some time to set this up (just as it will with any plugin that is communicating secure information to Xero) so be patient and work through each setup stage.
Xeroom offer a setup service for a very reasonable rate so if you feel it is technically beyond your capability. I would strongly recommend this unless you have lots of time on your hands (it took me several hours to get everything setup both in Xero and WordPress!).

I bough this plugin after trying a few other xero links which I had found very limited and inflexible. This one is quite advanced and has been developed from an accounting point of view rather than just an IT one. The support was responsive and knowledgeable. It has plenty of very useful settings about how xero creates the invoices including sales breakout by geography, can do credit notes and has a bulk upload capability. The screens could be better designed and setup made easier but it is intuitive and easy to use – highly recommended.

As soon as I activate this plugin it sends thousands of random characters into my installation, had to quickly delete the plugin. It said it was compatible with my version of wordpress then did this. I’m sure it would be a great plugin if it would work for me.

I have been trying to Hard code Xero API and connect with my wooCommerce store was difficult for me. And we found Xeroom is an excellent plugin we just love it not because it fulfil your requirements but also the main benefits are the flexibility and ease of use this Plugin provides.
Peter what do i say he is great support, he just not only spare his time until you got the solution but he is very patient and persisted in his work and support.

I had been searching for something to connect my Woocommerce with Xero and finally found it! Xeroom is an excellent plugin and Peter not only knows what is required but is devoted to making it the best on the market. He also provides great responsive support. After looking at the others I realise that they are me too non-core apps with very limited functionality.

Xeroom is a brilliant great value plugin and has saved me hours of time rekeying orders from woocommerce into Xero.
It has lots of flexibility in terms of which accounts I can post my transactions to.
To save time I used their installation service which was done quickly and along with their support has been excellent.
Would definately recommend it.

I have been using xeroom now for 8 months on a number of my clients’ sites and ame delighted with it – it has saved us a lot of time. We did initially try using the xero link from woocommerce themselves but that had some limitations and wasn’t as flexible and well thought out as xeroom. I have just tried the new Dataloader version which works great for loading up all the past orders from woocommerce into xero.

I changed accounting software from Myob to Xero especially for this feature. Now my wordpress site sends orders directly to my online Xero via this plugin. I don’t have to enter in any customer details or orders. It saves me hours and hours of data entry work. It’s fantastic. I had a few issues getting it setup (because I’m not tech savvy) and Peter was so helpful and very patient and persisted until we got it going.
