I can use the accordion if I use the short code, but I cannot use it if I wanted to use the popup in the post. If I press the “XpertAccordion” the popup appears for 1sec and it closes instantly.
Is there any way to include paragraph breaks, or bold headings on the text contained in the content?
At the moment I just have one great big long bank of text. It has stripped all the paragraph breaks out.

The plugin affects the back end menus and any other accordion features within your theme settings. Install at your peril.

1. WordPress admin side menu “sub items” are not appearing on hover.
2. Contact form 7 (pop up and javascript realted things not working)
3. All other javascript or jQuery related thing are not working.
While disable this plugin all back to work again.
]]>I think there is a general JQuery conflict with Xpert Accordion and the WordPress admin area. Flyouts don’t show on hover. Accordions and tabs in other plugin interfaces do not work. When can we expect an update for WP 4.2.4?
]]>When I activated Xpert Accordion, the settings page for WP Simple Pay for Stripe was affected. The tabs at the top still appeared but there was no other content on the page. I was able to restore WP Simple Pay for Stripe by disabling Xpert Accordion.

]]>When you click the XpertAccordian tab in the Edit Post interface, the black overlay’s z-index is higher than the popup itself, making it impossible to add a control. This is a real bummer, because otherwise it looks like a great plugin. But with this being broken, it’s completely useless.

I am having an issue with the openclose=”in” behavior. I am getting a totally different behavior than you are with your demo site – https://demo.themexpert.com/wpplugins/xpert-accordion/. Your plugin is really really good but this bug is causing issues.
I see that you have the first title open by default. If I click on the second title the first one closes. If I click on the first one again it opens and closes the second and so on.
On my site it is opening by default correctly. However after that the behavior gets wonky. If I click on the second title, the first one stays open. If I click on the third next the second closes but the first again stays open.
Now if I click on the first title (to close it), it refreshes itself to an “open” state. If I click on it again to close it then works correctly. So after clicking the default title that is supposed to be in an open state twice it goes back to working right.
This has all been tested with the 2015 theme and no plugins running except for yours. So your demo is working but your plugin is not – unless your demo is running an older version.
Also I have some css examples that users might to get them an open and close arrow based on title state. Do you want me to post that here or would you like it?

How can I setup your plugin so that there is only one item open at a time. When I click on a closed item and there is already an open item, it closes the open item and open the new one.
Can this be done and how. I don’t mind having the write code but not hack the plugin files.

I created two options that is closed in Safari never opens.
Chrome smoothly, only happens in Safari iPhone.

Thanks for a great plugin!
I would like to know the best way to target each section using css based on whether it is open/collapsed – active/inactive.
I have tried a number of selectors, the closest of which was targeting like so:
h4 a[aria-expanded="false"]
or
h4 a[aria-expanded="true"]
but when the page first loads, they are all set to true until you click on any.
Have you got any suggestions?
I would like to have a different background colour for active/inactive.

I noticed that when the plugin is activated the screen options will not expand in wordpress so I cant select revisions, slugs, custom fields etc without first disabling the plugin, going back to the page select all the options I want and than re-enable the plugin. Note that the screen options does display when in the page list view just not on individual pages when in edit page mode.
]]>When using Xpert Accordion (v1.2) and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF-PRO v5.2.5) and specifying a second WISYWIG field editor, the ACF field does not work. I presume this is because Xpert Accordion expects there to only be one WISYWIG editor on-screen. Disabling Xpert Accordion resolves the issue.
Details of the javascript error:

I am wondering how to edit an existing accordion. I need to add some more items to the accordion and re-arrange the order.
I have tried everything, select the existing shortcode text and then click the Xpert Accordion button, not select the shortcode text etc etc. The result is that I can add a new accordion only but not edit the one I already have.

[simple_contact_form]
[/xa_slide][/xa_acc]but then the the simple contact form shortcode is diplayed instead of the form itself (same result with other shortcodes)
The shortcode/accordeon.php has the do_shortcode function (on line 17), but I couldn’t find out more. Thansk for help.
