Installed fine, but the sign-up form doesn’t appear on my site unless I’m logged in. I tried clearing cache, turning off the CDN, even loading the site in a private window. The form only shows when I’m logged in, even though I specifically checked that the option to prevent this was in effect.

I like this little free plugin, and I think you get a lot even though it’s free. It hasn’t caused any problems on my site either. I wish the add-ons (such as the css customization) were a bit cheaper though.
