Hi, I have 2 questions:
On the page mentioned, when adding an amount for the donation (header: “Help je ons?” > in the cart it ends up as being added twice.
Tried to:
– use default theme
– deactivate other plugins
– deactivate ‘automatically redirect to cart’
– choose 1 ticket or multiple
Did not help, every time 2 items are added to the cart
Tried to:
– use single product instead of bundled: that helped
Any thoughts?
Is it possible to select multiple products on the settings page instead of just one?

I have installed YITH Donation plugin, the widget shows on sidebar, but the amount do not go into the cart.
This is a simple site with Twenty-sixteen theme and woocommerce. (There is no any product, only donation).
I switched off all plugins, but the donation does not work.
I have just downloaded the free version and I am starting to try it, but in the settings page were I should choose from a drop down menu the product to apply the donation form to, I cannot choose anything from the drop down menu.
Can you resolve it? I would be glad to buy the premium version, if at least the free one would work…

When I add the form with the shortcode or widget, all strings appears empty.
Also in the admin panel all text inputs of messages are empty. I can write but when I update I lost all the changes. If I press the “default values” button I can see the texts…but then I lost all of them.
Do you know what is happening?

As far as I can tell at the moment, the plugin is completely unusable. I keep running into PHP issues and PHP notices.

If I disable debugging entirely ( via WP Config ) then the plugin seems to work as expected. I don’t get the whitescreen but both donation products are still added to cart. I would like to keep debugging on to track these kinds of issues though.

This has caused Google to block indexes Blocked Resources.
In all robots.txt, the admin section is blocked. (Disallow: /wp-admin/)

PHP Notice: Undefined index: ywcds_product_id in /wp-content/plugins/yith-donations-for-woocommerce/includes/classes/class.yith-woocommerce-donations.php on line 652I’ve looked into some of these a bit and it appears that woocommerce_add_cart_item filter hook may run multiple times during a session, which in turn add_cart_donation_item also gets run multiple times – a few of which will run before the custom ywcds_amount has been added which may be why these errors appear. I think additional checks may need to be put in place to ensure that the indices exist before processing.
Additionally, another topic has brought up the same issue but I feel it may need to be touched on once more. The get_title() fatal error:

Our product is attached as a donation and a regular price of 0.00 has been added. We can consistently replicate this issue by simply not adding a price to the donation field. It may be worth to hook into the add to cart ajax or simply adding custom JS to prevent the user from adding the donation to cart without an entered price.
These errors seem common ( at least in my install ) and it would be awesome to see an update to address the above points. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help or anything that needs further clarification.

]]>I am using the default product that is created with the plugin. Whenever someone tries to make a donation, the plugin causes the cart icon to show as if two items have been added, but it does show the correct donation amount. When you go to View Cart, the product image shows, but not the product name, price, quantity or total. The X to delete the account is there. This page also seems to break the view cart page as nothing else from Woo shows on the page. If you click the X to delete the product, a corrected Cart page appears, one donation shows and all is as it should be. Cache is cleared and have even tried this on browsers that have never accessed this site before. Can you assist? Thanks.

]]>When a user submits a donation amount along with a product submission to the cart a second or third time, all previous donation figures are reset to the new figure and the new donation is added to it. So, if I submitted for a ￡10 donation with the first product I added to cart, then submitted a ￡50 donation with the second product the cart then shows two ￡50 donations with my products in the cart.

I installed the but and I added a donation option on your main product called YITH Donations for WooCommerce in WooCommerce products.
