I am using WooCommerce Memberships with the content restriction mode set to “Hide completely”, the restricted products do only show in the search results page when a member is logged in. However the restricted products still show in the autocomplete suggestions when typing in the search bar when not logged in.

Is there any way to get the restricted products to not show in the autocomplete box or some code to exclude a product/catagory just from the autocomplete results?

I’m testing out this plugin, but have found a problem with my use-case. I have three select filters Category, tags and another tags. If I only have a single row of products remaining (after selecting a filter option for the first two filters, I can’t see the drop down for the third option. The contents of it drop below the content area so I can’t select the filter option I want. I know why this is happening – because the drop down isn’t a real HTML select box, but a hidden div with absolute positioning, but the result is that if the overall height of the filter sidebar with the bottom select box open, exceeds that of the page, the drop down is hidden.

Anybody got a work around for this?

I think your plugin might have conflict with Polylang Pro Woocommerce.

I have 2 problems.

If I use version 1.38, the second page of search results dont work. (It gives 404).

If I use newest version 2.7.1 the whole search dont work (it gives 404).

Is there something we can do?

I have some strange in the actual bids

In the overviewpage per category I see the actual bid is € 55

When I click on the auction to make my bid, I see that the actual bid is € 185,–

I also see something strange in bid-history, the bids are not in chronical order. The most strange is the bid of € 150 bij Lenaerts-Kristof

Do you have an explanation for this ? And how can I make the bids equal again in the different views ?

I’m working on a simple website using only the free versions of plugins. The site is hosted locally on my own server for testing purposes and is not accessible publicly and never will be.

In WooCommerce, I’ve created an attribute named “COLORS” with 15 color options.

In YITH AJAX Filters, I configured a FILTER PRESET and selected the “Product Colors” taxonomy, adding all 15 colors and setting their RGB values.

While the filter appears and functions correctly on the site, only 9 of the 15 colors are displayed. It seems as though the system is only showing 9 colors from the list and ignoring the remaining ones.

Could you please confirm if there is a limit of 9 colors in the YITH widget, or if there might be another issue causing this problem?

I have successfully connected stripe to my website. The connection test indicates it was successful. However, I am unable to activate live because there was a message that said “A valid hosting plugin is required in order to proceed with the plugin configuration. Please contact your hosting provider for further details.” I contacted hostgator support, and they said it is a wordpress issue. They were going to get some expert from wordpress to contact me but they have not. The plugin installed are Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce , WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, YITH PayPal Payments for WooCommerce Extended and YITH Stripe Payments for WooCommerce.

I have installed the Product Add-ons & Extra Options plugin so I can use it on variable products.
But now I also want to add simple products, and it no longer shows me the “Add to cart” button, if I don’t use some block of the plugin. And I don’t want to add any blocks in simple products.

I need to have on a page that the tag is already chosen and then the categories show up so that if a category is clicked only products with that tag is showing.

I have se up a filter on this page: https://motoroldies.rocketdigital.se/volvo-pv/ Where PV is the tag and the below is categories. However whatever I choose for the tag (text, label etc) I still need to click it to only show those products. Is there a way to make it selcted all the time?

I have 14 tags and some categories that goes in all the same tags. I need to have 14 pages set up where each page show the same categories but different tag.

So for example:

Page 1 shows all categories but only products with tag 1

Page 2 – shows all categories but only products with tag 2

etcetera.

I tried this with the filters and would work if I only do not need to click the first name also.

I have created a filter with 4 tags to define the format of my products (vertical, horizontal…)
But when I am using my website as a customer, and when I choose one tag filter (named “FORMAT DES TABLEAUX” on my website) as “vertical”, I only have the first line of products which appear. I should have several lines of products.
Can you tell me why ?

Ps. I’ve contacted Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and that is they advised me:

“To identify whether there is a conflict between our Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and the YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together plugin that is causing the issue in the Frequently Bought Together widget, please disable the Related Products for WooCommerce plugin and check if the issue persists.

Hello, I have been using your plugin for years without any issues on multiple WooCommerce websites.

Now, I have found that when using a mobile device, tapping inside the YITH Ajax search input that is placed within my Superfly mobile flyout menu with the YITH Search shortcode, it no longer allows you to type in the search input directly and see autocomplete results in a dropdown below the search input or full results in a page after submitting the full search — but rather causes the search input to disappear when tapped and triggers opening a full-screen search/results page in the background behind the active menu flyout instead.

This seems very buggy and confusing and I’d like to have the button allow for typing and searching then taking you to a result page as they did before. This issue does not occur on desktop and all works as expected and as it always has worked.

Can you please take a look and advise a fix for this mobile bug?

There is difference between Ajax results and WordPress built-in search engine,

I’ve been use this plugin for a while now, however following an update. The layout has changed, and there is no option to adjust it to only show thumbnails and product names. When I type some keywords in search field, on the “see all products” option does not redirect to pages based on keywords. The URL is unable to retrieve search results.

When updating to latest version 5.0.1, I got this fatal error in theWooCommerce logs:

It looks like its still working as it should, but I don’t want any errors like this. So what do I need to do in order to get rid of this error? Re-install the plugin? Will I lose my settings?

I’m using the plugin on this website (https://www.botecodovinho.com.br/produtos/vinhos). What I could see is that on the desktop the filter works correctly, cumulatively. You refine your search and the result appears correct.

On mobile, the filter goes crazy and brings results without any type of compatibility.

Any tips on how to resolve it?

We are a long time user of your plugin and we always used it together with FacetWP to make it possible to further filter products on the search results page.

Since version 2.0.0 we noticed that it is no longer possible to filter the results with FacetWP on the search results page that you are redirected to after pressing “Enter” to view all search results. Everything works fine with version 1.38.0. The main difference seems to be that you are adding a “?ywcas=1” parameter to the search query. So we were wondering if your pluging is no longer compatible with FacetWP? Please let me know if you need more information or if there is a fix that we can use in our child thema to make the two plugins compatible.
