Accordion does not work, it justs lists all categories with no highlighting or effect, the plugin is just a big AD for the premium version

Like others said they basically give you a shell and expect you to buy the pro version.

This plugin did exactly what it said it would do. Contrary to some reviews, there are settings available through the widget. There are no design options however. You will have to use css to style it. I found the styling to be pretty straight-forward myself.

I decided to just remove my scathing review and just say I’m not a fan of this plugin. I mean, a company like YITH could totally afford to make a decent free plugin. I have used their paid products in the past but my experience with this was just terrible. I understand now why there are so many negative reviews here.

Free version works well but you need to add the widget, you can tick the boxes related to how you want the menu to show eg: if you want sub-categories to show, etc.
To get the categories to show in the right order, use Custom Taxonomy Order plugin

I work with a few YITH plugins and can say one thing, they all suck though they offer neat features. I am constantly in a fight getting them to do what is needed on most of my customer sites as well as my own.
The customer service sucks, response times are long and I usually wind up finding a workaround myself.
We recently ran into an issue where an old plugin we don’t use anymore was auto billed to YITH, we contacted them and they basically told us “tough luck”. So out $40 there.
Basically, we are moving everyone away at the moment from any YITH product we can, hopefully, they get their stuff together in the future.

Standard order alphabetically this is stupid.
But it is necessary by id.

Plugin is good. working fine but their is a bug and that is when you click + sign on an item that have nested list which again have another nested list so all positive sign below become minus while I think they should remain positive. Other then that functionality is good they are working but just consider this bug. its not looking good

Was very easy to setup and provides a nice accordion menu for your WooCommerce Categories. Would be great to see an option to hide empty categories, but was able to get around this with a bit of css.

works, but not even close to as expected, instead you have to pay for it to be fully functional, no thank you, rather look for something else.
all their plugins are either bugged or too expensive and the great part is that the free versions are so lite, that you can’t even call them plugins.

If only premium version is available then why is is available within www.ads-software.com plugins. To upgrade there should be a lower version. If there isn’t why talk of upgrading.

GREAT way to display category and it looks very nice!!!!
Only one thing would make this perfect: make the whole line or word area clickable instead of just the category name… especially on the phone, it gets hard to hit exactly right position… but if it’s the whole box within the line, I think it would work much better!

Free version is useless, as Parent categories are open by default and cant be closed(unless like me, you hack the code so it works as expected)
Paid version i bought so I could “sort by category id” only to find out all this allows is “Sort numerically by category id” instead of being able to sort categories into a desired order.
I replaced with the next end accordion menu, far better, no cost and it just works… the FREE version is better than the paid version of this one.
