In our language (Czech) we use inflection, and I need to change salutation of my customers to be inflected correctly. Thus, I was searching in the source code of this plugin, and I found out, what I need to change: it is “placeholders” array in “get_mail_body” function inside “class-ywces-emails.php”. I have programmed my own class for inflection and now I need to integrate it with this plugin. Is there any way, how can I do it in “functions.php” file inside my child theme (maybe with add_action/add_filter/apply_filters functions) to make it permanent, or do I need to modify it inside “class-ywces-emails.php” file (which means, that I will lose any changes everytime I update this plugin)?

Or is there a way, how to add more placeholders to achieve the same feature?

The plugin is not sending the First Order Coupon email while it does send the test mail.

Can I set to sending coupon email 30 days prior to birthday?

And can I set the coupon email template that customers need to click the link inside to get the coupon?

The automated email did not send to the users but the coupons are created.

May I know what may cause this issue? The test email works.

This plugin, upon activation, it blocked made whole admin section white with no menu or anything.

Front end worked but backend was completely disabled. I already use multiple YITH plugins but this is the only one causing issue.

I have an error on sending of test email “Coupon not valid” for the coupon which is published and don’t have expiry day or coupon quantity limit.
