We’ve just manually updated the stock on a product and the waitlist has disappeared, the thread here suggests that emails do not get sent, we don’t know who the person was and if they got an email or not, how do we find out? Do you have any documentation on how this feature works please? Are we supposed to press the notify button before updating the stock on a product? We are using the free version at the moment.

The waitlist function was not visible at all on variable products, after reading through support I got the theme developer to enable the hook so now it appears but nothing happens and the theme developer is saying there’s a JS error and I need to contact you, can you help please?

When you click to add to waitlist it doesn’t give any success message so customers are ringing up to check if they’ve been added. If you’re logged in and refresh the page then it says you’ve been added so it is adding them it just doesn’t give the confirmation message. The message works fine on the category pages just not on the product detail pages. How do we enable it on product detail pages please?

I am in the middle of making a YouTube video featuring this plugin.
I just tried to install the free version of YITH WooCommerce Waitlist on my WordPress site –?https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/yith-woocommerce-waiting-list.zip

When I tried activating it my site returned a critical error. Thankfully my colleague fixed the site and investigated the error with the plugin. It turns out there’s a missing file. Can you please have someone look into this so it won’t cause issues for future customers, and so I can finish and publish my video.

I installed the plugin in the FREE version. Watching the tutorial on the Yith YouTube channel the dashboard appears different and with fewer items on the menu. On my plugin I do NOT find the “General options” items with all the sub-items. Furthermore, despite being subscribed to the waiting list, I do not receive any email.

if you try to use the waitlist with YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce Premium you don’t see it.
Is it possible to do something so that it is compatible?

Is it possible to show the box with the waitlist subscription in variable product before the user selects variation?

Actually, I don’t want to show the variations at all when the variable product is out of stock, only the waitlist box, like on a simple product.

We are using your waitlist plugin which works perfect on simple products but the out of stock message doesn’t seem to appear on variations for variable products, how do we get that working please?

So on the example Chocolate is out of stock, if I add it to the cart then I get a pop up to say it’s unavailable.

We have installed the free version and emails are not being sent when a product comes back into stock. I checked with support and was informed by customer service “I confirm the free version sends the email when the product is back in stock.”

I have checked the settings and emails are activated.

We do not have the option ‘Waitlist’ on our products, not sure if this manually send feature is for free version.

Can someone advice?

When we add a product to the Wait List, we do not get the success message until we manually refresh the page. We are using the Uncode theme. Screenshot1 is the form we see when an item is out of stock. Screenshot2 is what we see when we submit an email address (note no text). Screenshot is what we see after manually refreshing the page (text is displayed).

Unfortunately, the email is not sent automatically when the stock is replenished, and there is no way to send it manually. Additionally, there is no place where I can see a list of which items are on the waitlist.

Hi, I’ve enabled the module and believe I have set it up correctly, however, when a user clicks on the link in their email to confirm that they want to be notified when the product is back in stock, the page returns a blank screen with the only text being {“success”:false}

I have a question regarding your paid plugin, that I want to buy. Is it possible to get subscribers without confirmation of email. Would it be possible to integrate that function into your paid version?

As I see right now it is only possible to select if confirmation mail is sent to all users or non-login users. But there is no option without confirmation mail.

The Shop now button, displayed in the email when the product is in stock, is not being translated.

In the plugin’s Email settings there is no field to define the content of this button as it happens in the other buttons of the theme.

The email was not sent automatically.

To send the Back In stock email,
you will need to go to the product settings and then click in the Send button of the Waitlist metabox.

I have the latest version of WP, WooCommerce and YITH plugins active.

When variable item is to out of stock and user subscribes, then item is set to, for e example, 10 items, there is no email sent out to notify user about the in stock items.

I tested this several times, also my WP installation is sending out other emails just fine and email logs doesn’t show YITH emails too be sent.

What could be the case here? Looking forward to fix. ??

i installed the plugin but In stock emails are not receiving whereas out of stock notifications are coming. Why is it so?
