ok, my initial review was “it simply doesn’t work”, but with help of chatGPT and 4h of dedication i managed to fix this.

Hello, I have big problem – before I was made custom design for waiting list which my cutomers received with link to product to order fast.
Now something went wrong and they receive message on one row everyting (all text) with no title, no new line and no link – just text. All text is appear, but in one raw without alignment. I want to send you photos to help me. For type e-mail I was choose HTML and in Email content there is content with alignment – everything is centers, in different row with links. please, help me.

O pagas o no vale para nada la version Free. Te deja la opcion de reservar los productos pero luego no puedes ver quien a reservado, ni como ponerte en contacto con el. Para eso que no hagan ninguna version gratuita.

After installing… I did some minor testing… all worked well. Fast forward 1 month… waiting to announce a new product… 34 users in the waiting list… clicked “Send the email to the users” BOOM – “An error has occurred, please try again.” Tried several times… updated inventory… put out of stock.. put back in stock.. continued to try… continue to get “An error has occurred, please try again.” If you’re looking for a solution to inform users (Customers) when a product is available.. I can’t recommend using this plugin at all. This was definitely a waste of time. My customers will probably visit again later… just to check in… so, we won’t lose them as customers… but, YITH will need to work on this plugin… as I see others are having the same issue. If you need a reliable plugin… move on.

This has got to be the least functional plugin I have come across in the last few years. The only intention of this plugin is to persuade you to buy the premium version. You can almost do nothing with the free version. If you only want to offer paid versions of a plugin then please do so and don’t let people waste their time with “free” versions.

It doesn’t do anything at all. Once enabled there were no changes made to any out of stock product… no email signup box or anything. Does not work.

Hello,
Enabling simple functionality in the free version would be greatly appreciated – to actually be able to SEE who has added what to the wait list and the ability to send “manual” emails at least.
Otherwise this might leave valuable future customers with a sour taste towards the other great plugins you have to offer.

After installing the plugin, this plugin doesn’t work as expected. Out of stock products don’t show any price, any add to cart, or add to waiting list functionality. The product section below the short description is just empty.
