I have tried to connect to woocomerce by clicking the connect button on the yoycol plugin and I am getting this error {“code”:”100099″,”data”:null,”msg”:”Server is busy, please try again later.”}

I deactivated all plugins and changed to the default theme but this has not fixed the issue

I have put a ticket in with yoycal customer service and they have transferred to technical support but they have never responded.
