I have installed Support Tickets Center by Zingiri once to my domain and then observed that there was one page named “Tickets”. I was not having any idea that it was created by Zingiri. I deleted that page.
Now I am trying work with this plugin. I have created “Tickets” page at my own but unfortunately it is not working. Even in settings panel, I am not able to change Helpdesk URL:

Not only are the e-mails malformed, but the URL to the ticket is incorrect.. I am directed to a page to create a new ticket which I think is the default when attempting to access a picket page that doesn’t exist.
Any fix to this??

I entered everything correctly like the port, username and password.
I get an error:
Invalid or unknown mail folder! >> SECURITY PROBLEM: insecure server advertised AUTH=PLAIN
I selected Do nothing, but also tried to replace it to another folder.
But also got the same error for this.

I have installed the plugin and is working fine except when changing language to Spanish.
When I try to save the setting at “Setting” I get a Internal Error and always with this option: auto-lock time
I get this : Aua-Cerradura Time: Enter lock time in minutes
Seems that is a translation error, not sure.

]]>Hi, I have WP version 3.5.1 and have updated the plugin install and synced the users, I cannot add a new user even though they have been registered as either Administrators, Editor, Author or subscriber.
In The Add New User page there is a message ‘Please create new users via WordPress. Once created, you can add further details here.’
The rest of the page is empty.
I can see users who were added before I installed the plug-in, they can be assigned to departments and seem to be working normally. Its just the new users I’ve added to WP since installing the plugin don’t show up.
I also have latest version of PHP and MySQL installed.

But i have a problem with the frontend ‘Tickets’ page, ill search a bit but cant find this problem.
Accidentally i deleted permanently the autocreated Tickets page when i want to clear all plug-ins and pages and now when i try to re-install the plug-in, the ‘Tickets’ page didnt appear.
I hava no pages at trash, and if i create a new page called ‘Tickets’ it didnt works, also it is enable on the options and the first time i installed it goes ok. I try with singular page ‘Ticket’ but .. meh
any solution? is about the name of the permalink, still be /tickets or /ticket

]]>I am on WP 3.3.1 and I had Osticket actually installed on a hosted server and it was running fine. The only reason i went with this plugin is so I could protect the ticketing system from random tickets.
In any case I had 1.4.4 plugin installed and everything seemed to work. But, then I started getting php errors in my WP panel. This is only after working with this plugin and different versions for several weeks – a little frustrating.
So, today I installed 2.0.6 for the third time thinking it would do a upgrade of some sort from 1.4.4 and now the whole admin Support Ticket panel in WP dashboard is gone and is making the plugin completely unusable. I am also getting this message – You downloaded version 2.0.6 and need to upgrade your database (currently at version 1.4.4).
I am on php 5.0
Is this fixable?
Is this plugin still being developed?

1) Is there a way to remove the fields for telephone number from the ticket form?
2) The default view is the ticket status form. Can it instead be the new ticket form? or if the user is logged in and has tickets, the list of their tickets?
Also, one seeming bug. Maybe it’s not something that is controlled by the ticket system or WP. Basically I logged in to an account and filled out a ticket. An e-mail was properly sent to the gmail account associated with that account. When I clicked on the link in the e-mail it took me to the ticket status page, and filled in the e-mail address and ticket number, but the e-mail address was missing the @ so the form didn’t work. The link itself has %40 in the spot where the @ is in the address. Any idea why the @ is getting dropped from the field, and if so how to fix this?

]]>I’m just installing the ticketing system for the first time and am running into some issues, some technical, some conceptual.
I’m trying to setup a new e-mail address for the ticketing system to use. I set up on my host and piped it as described on the web site. Now I’m trying to set the default system e-mail to this new e-mail address, but I get an ‘internal error’ and it says next to the System Admin Email Address (which is my normal WP admin address) that “Email already setup as system email”. What does that mean?
I’ve tried to set it up so the ticketing system uses the new e-mail address I set up helpdesk@ and the administrative e-mail is webmaster@ which would only be used for alerting me to problems.
Does the system need a different e-mail address for each department? or can one address be used for all departments?
Also, I got 8 e-mails that said “Unable to load config info from DB. Get tech support.” but those eventually stopped. Is there something I should check?

]]>I have created a folder (with write access) to store any uploaded attachments and all seems to be working on the client site.
A user can add an attachment with their ticket and no error is given. The image also appears in the folder that I created on the server (/htdocs/visitors/wp-content/plugins/zingiri-tickets/uploads) and the link to it allso appears in the staff pannel in WordPress.
The problem is when I click on it to view the attachment (in this case a .jpg) I get a file not found error page.
