Plugin slows down my website by injecting useless JS code on all pages! I only need it on checkout.
While I was able to dequeue your scripts in my own code, it seems that current version is now injects JS code directly into website (includes/class-wc-zipmoney-payment-gateway-config.php, line 108). Seriously?
How do i get rid of all that unnecessary bloat?

We have using the zip payment gateway for our site. we have tried to integrate with our public and private keys but while clicking on the “check private key validation”. it’s not validating.
we analyzed the browser network tab, and the below issues are shown.

I’ve started seeing errors in Chrome, and Avast has started showing a virus warning when my website loads.
The errors in Chrome read:

And the virus warning is pictured below:
This started a couple of hours ago, have there been any recent updates to the widget module that might be the cause?
Any idea how to fix this error?
I’ve contected Zip merchant support, but I’m not sure if this plugin is handled in-house so figured I should ask you directly, I hope you don’t mind.
I can’t have the Zip payment option active if it’s going to fire these errors and warnings to anyone that visits my site.

I’ve recently updated my staging website and found that the Woocommerce Zip plugin clashes with the more recent versions of Elementor – this occurs on any page regardless of whether the Zip plugin should be present, of note there are 2 errors present on every page of the website due to this plugin “Function wp_register_script was called incorrectly“.
The clash with Elementor causes my website fonts to break & the Elementor editor refuses to load unless I disable the Zip plugin, i’ve rolled back Elementor and found the issue present in older versions.

When I turn off the Zip plugin all my Ajax driven sub menus work correctly, they are loaded and displayed on hover.
If it’s any help WordPress debug was reporting this.

On our product and cart pages the plugin only shows “zip it from $10/week” no matter the price of the product. Is this expected behaviour? I had hoped it would show the actual calculated payment amounts.

]]>Hello, Woocommerce site experiencing an issue. Intermittently, Woocommerce displays an error in Dashboard for orders with ZIP payment:
“Payment Complete Event Failed. Please provide a valid email address.”
The error only occurs when the payment method is ZIP.
It results in the order not being sync’d correctly to our integrated investory app, but the order’s payment is successful inside ZIP, and our integrated shipping app.
I have reviewed logs and cannot find anything obvious.

]]>On the cart page if your cart is updated via AJAX the zip widget vanishes.
It is possible to resolve with this code but ideally it would be part of the plugin:

});We have a Zip order which has gone to cancelled , after the client had called we checked on the merchant portal it was accepted.
The only thing we can check was the Zip order was under a different name to the woocommerce order which may be the reason it went to cancelled.
Please fix this bug.

I have been using WooCommerce blocks for the cart and checkout page and the design has highly improved, looks similar to Shopify. Unfortunately, the Zip Money option on the cart and checkout does not display when using WooCommerce blocks. If you could add it, it would be great. Or let me know how to add it.

I’m trying to set up the plugin but whenever I test the private key I get the ‘Invalid Zip private key. Please check with Zip.’ error. I’ve tested both of the private keys, no luck.
I looked through the log and found that all the validations look like this:

)None of them have the [environment] or [privatekey] values that I’ve seen in other threads while trying to find a solution. The closest thing I found was this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/checking-private-key-validation-fails/ where updating to plugin version 2.3.1 fixed the issue, I tried rolling back to that version with no luck. Currently using plugin version 2.3.6, WooCommerce version 5.5.2 and WordPress version 5.8.
Any help to get this resolved is much appreciated.
