Basically it is the best starter theme _s made even better with Bootstrap integration, Navwalker cript for the navbar and very minimal style sheet.

I’m about to build a site on WP 4.4, but my experience to date with this theme only extends to 4.3.1.

I am surprised this starter theme doesn’t get the loving it deserves. It’s just the right amount of _s combined very well with Bootstrap, with the Navwalker built-in; all without the fluff.

It doesn’t have the author’s initials or website written all over the place, and is clear that it just wants to give you a clean starter theme, and being based on _s for the ultimate starter, you get the best base without you having to manually integrate everything yourself so you can spend your time developing your theme.
