Seems this theme is one of many abandoned themes of this author.
After upgrading to WP5 and disabling Gutenberg with classic editor, this themes start page is pretty messed up.

This template provides a lot of flexibility for the design and layout of your site. It is a nice, modern look and displays great on mobile devices. It’s relatively easy to set up and configure.
