I understand that the sidebar for this theme pops out of a “drawer” at the top of the page when you click the “…” button. Is there a way to deactivate this function and just have a normal sidebar on the right of the page so widgets can be displayed to the right of the content?

Hi! I LOVE this theme, but I’m having an odd issue: If I (or anyone else on a laptop/desktop) am logged out, I see not just the wrong theme but blog entries that have been deleted! If I view the homepage logged in, it looks fine. This is not a problem with any other themes, and I have cleared my cache and tried it on multiple computers. Viewing logged out on mobile works just fine too, as does changing from “latest posts” to a static page. If you click a link it will give you a 404 error using the correct theme! https://cerysjones.co.uk

I’m writing this to check if anybody have this problem?

When you click on the tags link or on the categories link, it will link to the page where it shows all the posts related to that tag or category.

However, all the text or link in that page would be overlapped and messed up.

Does anybody have that problem or know any workaround to fix that?

I just created a new blog recently and I’m so happy I found Adirondack theme. I really love it ??

However, as I’m working on to fine-tune my blog, I realized the featured images in the posts make my posts look a lil bit distracted. So I wrote in seeking for your help ??

Is there anyway to remove the appearance of featured image in the posts? I still want to have the featured images as it would make my frontpage look beautiful. I just don’t want those featured images to appear in the posts.

P/s: I tried to look for some advice from others earlier but it’s not working out at all ??

If I update the widgets on the “sidebar” on the them, they are added to the “header” area.

I can’t seem to find a way to edit the actual “sidebar” of the posts.

I would like to know how I can add the excerpt (entry-summary) to show up when hovering over the featured post on the homepage.

I’ve already got a child theme set up with a number of modifications, including centering the title (entry-header) on the featured post. I just don’t know which bit of CSS I need to add and where.

Sidebar is only available on the mobile mode, not the tablet/PC mode. How can I make sidebar available by pressing a button?

The featured items seem to be populating on the homepage in order of creation, with latest showing in the large header area, as well as in the smaller grid below, on the left, now showing twice.

I would rather be able to make an item more featured than the others by making it sticky – appearing above all others in the main header at the top. Is there any way to easily do this when making a new post? Custom field, perhaps?

I’ve been using your theme for about one week now for my family recipe blog.
I love the look which is very modern and simple and I want to thank you for this good job.

My question is how can I add automatically the author avatar in this theme.
I would like to show it on two different areas :
– the first would be when hovering on the featured pictures on the main page
– the second would be in the side column just under the name of the author when reading one post.

I use a plug-in which is WP USER AVATAR but I can’t figure where I have to add the code to use their function.

I read elsewhere a suggestion to add

into the sidebar.php editor but this has made the entire website blank…

Hi, I really like a lot this templante for WordPress, but I’m an starter with all this of hosting webpages.
The thing is Adirondack is so limited to a few thing that it brings and I’m looking for and other templante that be like Adirondack with more costume options (I dont know nothing about CSS).
Do you know other theme like this, that have the lastest topics order with images and when you pass the cursos in the imagen shows the title and bring the option to show the thread?

The main page featured content block does not appear at all … there is no option to select a page or article as featured content.
