I’m using advantage theme , I customised the footer copyright but since an update I’ve lost the ability o get the change to appear on the page footer. have I clicked on a setting? a pointer would be appreciated.

re widget in page builder. I’m wanting to permalink text to external website. I can do it as usual in text only format but not in the text widget (no formating icons etc) I tried copy from draft text and pasting in widget but it wont hold the permalink. has anyone got experience here?

re share icons facebook linkedin etc. these have setup but dont appear on my “full” computer site but appear on my mobile iphone. Just cant figure this out. any pointer will save my hair. Thanks

I am new using wordpress, I am building a site for my business. I am using the advantage theme. I have used the first post as my home page can someone please tell me how to delete date, time and category from the home page.

I tried looking for steps on internet but I can’t find the steps for the advantage theme, there are many steps mentioned on net but all are for for different themes. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was trying to edit the 404 error page and what it says and I screwed something. Would someone please help me by going on their Advantage theme and copy and paste it below so that I can paste it on to mine? That would be a MAJOR help thank you!

So, in essence, if I would put in the following code in the custom CSS Stylesheet, would this then automatically overwrite the ‘usual’ header code and allow me to insert my ‘logo’ header image?

Dear all,
I’m using the Advantage theme for my website. In the ‘widget’ section of the theme, (in the administrator’s dashboard) I should be able to drag and drop widgets to the widget areas listed on the right side of the screen. However, I cannot seem to pick them up and drag them to the desired area; they just won’t move and aren’t clickable in any other way. Does anyone recognize this problem/know a solution?

Using ultimate tinymce excerpt box. Traditional functions don’t seem to retain html formatting as they do in other themes.
I see the $advantage_display_excerpt function but can’t figure out how to keep the formatting.

I am currently using the “advantage” free wordpress theme for one of my sites. My question is, do I need a plug in for a slide show banner for this theme? I thought it was included, but I guess I was wrong

Second question is. On the preview it’s got little columns on the home page set up, but I can’t figure out how to use those. In my widgest I have “Homepage Widget” 1-4 and I thought those may have been it but when I put in any text or anything in those widgets nothing shows up.
