Homepage (featured) content boxes don’t show up on PC and on iphone in live mode

The three featured boxes on my homepage don’t show up when I look at the page on my phone or on pc when I log out from WordPress or another word when the website is live. When I click the little mobile button when customising, they show up, but not when I actually go to the website. Please help ??

I am setting up a wp site for a friend of mine, but the only thing not being translated is the “READ MORE” button in the feature section of the main page.
Could someone tell me where and how to translate this to “Lees meer”? It is the only thing left to do….
