Hi,

thunbnail images doesnt show correctly. Intead of 3 in row, they appear randomly or 1 image in first row, then 3 images in second row and so on.

Any suggestions what to do with that?

Hello! Could you help me resolve this problem: when screen width is less then 551px, the ends of hidden search bar are visible under the main menu button. This problem you can see even at demo version of albar template. Thanks for your help!

Hi there,

At the moment im setting up the theme for my blog site. When loading up a post in a seo tool then I get the message that there are multiple H1 tags. One of them is the post title and the other one is the tag containing Post Navigation.

What is this post Navigation and is it possible to move this to the H4 tag? It seems that the other blog structure tags are here as well and H4 would be fine for me.

Altar woocommerce product counter not working good in every subpage. As I realized, when I open a subpage with a form or another page with plugin(s), the counter show wrong number in the header. A number stucked on that pages. Sometimes 0 sometimes 1, I don’t know why. Other pages are good, but the number on that pages doesn’t change.
Anybody has this error? Or any offer, help?

Most of the images on our website are suddenly not showing correctly.

I tried repairing the perma-links and making sure our plugins and site theme are up to date. No change. The images are just broken image links now.

What do I need to do to fix this? This is on a site currently being built out.

How can I turn off the breadcrumbs on the Albar theme please? They seem to wrap to the next line but I want to turn it off anyway.

trying to change the text color of the <span> Menu </span> for Albar,
without changing the color for the entire body?

Not the nav hamburger color… but the actual text saying Menu next to it.

Thought it should be simple CSS for that… like header-menu
but I can’t get it to take for the text in the Span.

I am trying to get rid of the little “my account” icon on the top navigation bar at: https://24c.d0a.myftpupload.com/

I tried custom CSS of:

.site-top-bar-left .text,
.site-top-bar-left a {
display: none;
}

which got rid of the text and link to “my account”, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of or hide the little icon.

Can anyone help? I am on Albar Pro, and don’t see a setting there to customize this part of the header.

I have followed the instructions, and I can’t get the default slider to work on the Albar theme. Any suggestions?

I created a Post Category. (Slider Posts)

Found the Category ID in the URL

Put that number into the Slider

Added two posts with a featured image and selected Slider Posts as the category.

Am I missing something?

All my images are sized 1000 px x 1000 px for high res. However, some images were cropped and some were perfectly fit.

It’s been a while since I started writing on my blog again.
Now I did some updates and everything has shifted.

I see that my sidebar on the right is gone and moved to the footer: https://www.journey2success.nl/nl/ As well that everything jumped too much to the left.

When I write a post and click on “Show preview” it seems fine. Also in Customizer, the widgets are also on the same place as the used to be.

Anyone out there that can help me?

I am facing a small problem since the last update (or it could even be before that, but I am pretty sure it worked before). For some reason, it fails to fetch below files:
wp-content/themes/albar/includes/font-awesome/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.0.3
wp-content/themes/albar/includes/font-awesome/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.0.3

Due to this, the icons are not displayed on the website. Any known reason?

Hi! I love the theme, but I am having a strange issue with the social icons. On my primary page https://www.philipdeangeloart.com, everything looks the way it is supposed to.

However, I have a second domain name phildeangeloart.com, which forwards to this page and when you go to that one, all the social icons just show up as little boxes.

I asked my webhosting company/domain manager about this and they said it is a theme issue…so here I am. Can you help?

I just changed my theme to topshop to try it out, I find the theme nice and I quiet like it, unfortunately, the images are not neat and tidy the alignment is messy very messy, I have been looking for a plugin to organise product images nicely to no avail.

Problem 2- the slider is not working, I sat all night following instructions letter by letter nothing happen. But when I scroll down the shop I found the slider at the bottom (last) with no image but when I click on it all the images I tag showed up, but not as a slider.

This is a nice theme if it wasn’t for these issues.

Would appreciate any help to have these issues fix.
