Theme lies about being translation ready (I quote “WPML, Polylang”), but it isn’t, you need to buy the full version for that.

Website is good but please take care. Do not upload the files directly to server from ftp or similar method .If you replace the free version files with the pro files directly in server, the wordpress does not see that you have installed other version (the pro version) , but will think that you still have only the Aasta version (which is the free version).Even on Customize menu you see that you have the pro, the wordpress, does not know that you have installed pro but you have only the Aasta (the free version).
So when you try to update the Aasta version through wordpress menu, your website will be destroyed and you automatically revert to free.
You should install your pro version only though wordpress using the button “upload theme” .Then after installation , wordpress will show that you have 2 versions installed , the Aasta pro , and the Aasta (which is the free version) .This is the correct way to install your pro theme.

So the theme is pretty good and all but the organization of the settings was driving me a little bit crazy. However, customer service (which is pretty important to most people I would think) is straight up AMAZING! I emailed them thinking “great, the 1 hour I have to work on my site after putting the kids to bed is now ruined. I wont get anything done until they reply”. Well, not only did I have my first reply from them in less then 5 minutes, I had anther reply with some CSS code snippets 5 minutes after that. The code snippets were perfect and did EXACTLY as I was hoping for.

For someone with no prior knowledge I now have a great website that I’ve created using this great theme. This is not the first time I’ve tried WordPress, I’ve tried dozens of themes and always gave up feeling frustrated and confused, unable to get the theme to look anything like the demo. This is not the case at all with ArileWP, it looks great right out of the box and is very easy to customize. I’m extremely satisfied with this theme and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a easy to setup, highly customizable, and polished looking website. Support for the theme has been prompt and very helpful. I should mention that I did end up buying the pro version, as it adds a ton of additional options, it’s definitely worth the purchase price. The free version seemed great as well though, if you don’t need the additional options. Thanks ThemeArile!

The template offers enormously extensive functions. Very easy handling of the elements and really clear. With the template (Pro) you save a lot of time and (depending on the project you want to work on) also a lot of money :-).

No complaints, my client loved the look and it’s easy to manage. Did the site pro-bono for a friend setting up a non-profit site. I showed him how to edit stuff and he got the hang of it right away.
Support is great, and very surprising nowadays. They fixed a CSS issue I had on mobile within like 6 hours of my post for help. That’s unheard of nowadays! Will definitely look up any other themes they have for my next WP site.

This theme is super flexible. We can do everything we need to and so much more! I had a few questions on how to get certain things setup and working the way I saw in some of the demos and the support team is very responsive.
