I’ve been using Astra for years now and it has been the workhorse of my sites. It is stable and has most features one needs to build a successful site. And when one hits the occasional glitch (mostly when interacting with other plugins), the support team is always eager to help.

I switched to Astra because I did not want to code everything I wanted myself. This theme includes a lot of options from the start (different header, banner, shop styles) and the pro version needs very little CSS (in comparison to my old theme) to be set up to your style. And it is soooo fast to change something.
And if you have a question or trouble finding something. The support is awesome. They are nice and the response time is swift. Truly recommend it!

The technical support replied within their time frame. Often very quickly! If you have problem and didn’t find solution on forum/article, just ask them. They’ll give you assistance by referring to video/article tutorial and/or code depend on your need. The theme is good for e-commerce and beginner friendly.
