I have tried their free Teczilla and pro Avadanta themes and found various bugs. I reported a couple and they did not fix.
The documentation is awful – not at all helpful and riddled with typos so did not inspire confidence.
I have asked for a refund under the terms of their 15-day money back guarantee.

The Avadanta theme is really eye-catching. However, their support is even more impressive. It had been a while since I last created a website. The Avadanta team was able to step in and assist me a few times when I needed some tips, plug-in help, and including times where my issues were self-inflicted. The support team was responsive and helpful. Look forward to our ongoing partnership.
