Have been building a local home baking startup site for my sister-in-law. Saw the Bakes and Cakes theme and I love it. We only have the free theme for the moment but I have to say, it has catered for all of our needs so far, it looks really lovely and is a dream to work with. Integrates really well with Woocommerce too.
There were a couple of things I needed to tweak when I had finished building the site so I contacted support. They replied super fast both times with coding to add in which worked perfectly. A great theme to use for a baking business.

I was very sceptical on the support because normally, or the issue never gets fixed, or it takes AGES.
I have to say very surprised and very grateful that this was not the case.

I selected the free Bakes and Cakes theme for my wife’s new e-commerce site which launched earlier this year. This theme is great for a WooCommerce site with a small product range – my wife’s site has less about 30 simple products and about 10 variable products.
I purchased the Bakes and Cakes Pro version in February and it has just gone from strength to strength and is great. I would have liked a bit more customisability for mobile (over 70% of the site visitors are mobile, but almost all purchases are on desktop), but it is more than adequate for anyone that wants a minimum-fuss theme that just works straight out of the box.
Rara Theme’s customer support responds so quickly and in the few times I have asked for something, they have responded within a day and often implemented it and pushed out an update within two or three days! Once they sent me a temporary css fix, but the theme was updated before I could even implement the fix – one day!

I am currently using the Bakes and Cakes Rara Theme and it’s just perfect! It perfectly suits my needs and is very easy to use, even for somebody like me who is a total beginner!
The theme perfectly works on mobile, I even think it looks better on the phone than on pc!
Most important, the support team is very good, they reply within a very short delay and have helped me solving some difficulties that I was facing.
I can only recommend them.

Idaho Fudge Company started small but wanted to be able go big in the services and product development lines, which this theme allowed for. The format is professional, allowing for attractive product display, company overview information, talented staff profiles, customer interactions with mailing subscriptions and reviews. This theme covered everything we needed while projecting a truly professional image. Tech support has been responsive on several occasions where there were issues, allowing resolution in a timely way.

I really like this theme and look forward to what the Premium version will offer when released! The support is professional, quick and very helpful. They have helped me with several customization questions within 24 hrs.
