Great theme, but with the recent April 2021 update, a notification keeps displaying stating: Thank you for choosing ThemeShopy. We are sincerely obliged to offer our best services to you. Please proceed towards welcome page and give us the privilege to serve you.

We’ve clicked the X to dismiss the notification, but it keeps appearing even though the theme was set up weeks ago and we have a child theme.

How can I permanently dismiss the notification? There are no other options except to click the X, and going to the link in the notification just leads to a page to set the theme up. As stated previously, the theme has already been set up with a child theme.

Great looking theme. I’ve tried using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin with this theme, but the fields won’t display on Product pages. It works with other themes. Do I need to add anything to functions.php? Thank you.

After the last update, I have an issue with the Elementor plugin.
The plugin is not loading correctly and I can’t begin to edit. Disabling all the plugins don’t fix the problem, but when I changed the Theme the problem was fixed.

Can you help me because I am in love with this theme and don’t want to leave her ??

I cant remove the white space above my content. There is in all my pages and to the new too. Ive tryed with other themes and the white space is not there. I dont want to change the theme becouse i like it very much. I am using Elementor. Can somebody help me?

I’m experimenting with the Lite version, and I’ve added product the categories widget to the static page sidebar, but it’s not showing up. (The widget doesn’t show up in customize->widgets per documentation, but I did this in normal widget admin.) Have tried with a visibility condition set, but also with none set. What am I missing? I’m getting error’s from Woocommerce that the templates in the theme are outdated (v3.3 templates) And Woocommerce is version 3.4. Is there an update coming, can I use the latest version of Woocommerce, is that save? Of should I revert to Woocommerce 3.3?

Where are the slider settings? According to the website there would be a slider feature, but I can’t find it anywhere in the dashboard..

I had a problem topic like the right bar site when viewing the phone was showing very narrow and very long. I sought help, but I did not find myself and sat down and found the problem. It is in the file style theme, which is why I changed this:

.woocommerce #sidebar {
???? width: 28%;
???? float: left;
???? margin-left: 2%;
???? min-width: 300px;
}

After adding the last line, things are fine and the site looks good.
