In order for WooCommerce to properly calculate shipping the product dimensions have to be the shipped package size, not the dimensions of the actual product. Currently, the Bellini theme displays the product weight and dimensions under “Additional Information” at the bottom of the product page. Is there a way to hide this for all products?

Hi. I’m using your theme on a website and it works great except for a few translations in French, specifically the dropdown sorting menu on the category page and the order confirmation page. I’ve tried updating the .po and .mo files but they do not update. Please help me. The clients are french and don’t necessarily read english. It is very bothersome that they have to try to figure out what “your order” means and they cannot sort properly. Thank you.

I activated the WooCommerce Sidebar and chose Sidebar Position Left but the Sidebar is not displayed. Any idea, what the problem could be?

Hello Bellini team, I don’t really have a link to give you as I only have it in “Live Preview” at the moment to test it out for my site. I have attempted to change the image for one of my own and adjust sizes accordingly. When I go to fullscreen the section slides to a greater height showing whitespace at the top and bottom. I cannot work out how to prevent this. I guess it is a sort of concertina action. I set the max-height to 500 but the section slides out to 561. When I scroll down the page (or open Inspect) it slides back to just the image and the whitespace disappears; I would like it to stay that way if possible.

isn’t it possible to add a sidebar to the front page in Bellini theme? I tried to add the standard one as well as sidebars generated with the “Custom Sidebars” plugin and it won’t be accepted. The theme tells me: “There are X more widget areas for this theme, but this particular page doesn’t show them”. HELP!

Hi there,

Firstly, I’d like to use white as my header menu text colour, but on a mobile device the hamburger menu shows up as white on white. Can this be avoided?

Secondly, I’d also like to use white as my main site text colour, but I notice this also creates issues as the woocommerce shop pages end up showing white text in white fields for products. Do you know if this issue can also be avoided?

Hi, I have your theme on my website but notice that the homepage slider doesn’t display well on mobile devices, it doesnt’t resize. Nor does the logo seem to resize (shrink) either. Can anything be done to make this happen?

my problem is that the content on my single product pages doesn’t show up. The description, however, is there. In the backend, I can see all the content I’ve created for every product, so it’s definitely there.

Are you able to help? The problem disappears if I change themes to 2016 so I suspect its something to do with Bellini’s compatibility with Woocommerce 3.0.0

When selecting single product variation (in my case “Date”) the “Choose an option” lable in the selector box does not change to the selected option. It remains as “Choose an option” although the selection is actually made such that the value is carried forward to checkout. Behaviour is the same in all browsers I have tried. The selector box works correctly if I switch to theme TwentySixteen so it appears to be something broken by the Bellini Theme. Behaviour can be seen on my website

Your theme is amazing, I am so happy with it, however, after last update all select fields in mi site changed style in the mobile version. I can just modify them for the browser version.

Is there any special css I should use to affect the select fields (contacf form 7 and another plugin using them) appearance?

I love this theme!

I’ve got products assigned to categories and linked with a drop down menu created with the category. The first row of products will usually display properly but the in following rows only half of the image shows, no title, no price.

This appears to happen in Safari only.

Is it possible to re-position the slider content? It is getting lost in the image that we have in the slider currently?

I had to add a black box to the slider image so that the text from the slider content would have contrast,which works on web, but looks terrible on mobile.

I am having an issue with products alignment. The size of product images is the same. For testing purpose I put the same image in both products. The alignment issue still persists. Am I missing something?

Hi I am trying to specify the size of my logo image file as I want to load a large image and then scale it. At present my logo isn’t looking great on mobile but is OK on PC. Having done some work previously on this on a non-wordpress site the workaround was having an image 4 times the size of it’s specified size. Any ideas?

I am struggling to find ‘wp_nav_menu’ to delete/comment out the reference so that I can use a mega menu plugin. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

In the shop segment of my website, the sidebar options (e.g., categories display, recently viewed items, price filter) generated by woocommerce plugin are being displayed on some of the category pages and not on others. The following screenshots are of two category pages. One showing the left sidebar and the other doesnt show it at all.

The featured product section of Bellini theme is not shrinking in size on mobile/tablet view. To give you an idea, here are some screenshots of mobile/viewport of the website:

The featured section doesnt shrink. Only half of it is displayed instead.

I would like to use this template not for a shop. But I love the look and feel of the single products displays as squares.

Is it possible to get these squares as teasers for rather posts or pages to introduce the team members. I wouldn’t like to go with this workaround by using woocommerce (https://sp.apaya.net/produkt-kategorie/teamvorstellung).

Alternatively it would help, if it would be possible to use look and feel of the blog posts template, but with the option of displaying selected post (e.g. of only one category).

Love this theme due to the simplicity of it. However, my shop displays in two pages the first being the categories (images are huge and distorted), second page displays correctly as the shop should.

Please can someone advise how I can amend the first page of the shop so the categories appear the correct size? I have amended image sizes etc and still no luck!

Enjoying this theme so far but for some reason, I can’t click anything in the submenu. Problem: hover over top-level item, submenu appears; move pointer to submenu in order to click item, submenu automatically disappears because (of course) your pointer is no longer hovering over the top-level item.
