As a volunteer and wanna-be developer for a nonprofit organization, I relied heavily on Rara’s support team to help build our website from scratch. There was a steep learning curve but the support team was always patient and accommodating, responding in a timely manner with detailed instructions on how to fix something myself, even occasionally going into the site and making the changes for me. I feel incredibly lucky to have selected a theme with such an awesome support team. I highly recommend the All Themes Package Pro that gives you lifetime support and theme updates.

I’m using the free version of the Benevolent theme for a non-profit that I work for. The support team at Rara themes has been absolutely wonderful to work with.
I’m new to web development (didn’t even know www.ads-software.com existed 2 months ago), but Rara themes has handled all of my questions promptly and clearly, no matter how small. Highly recommend this theme, if only because you get such great support.

I’m using this Theme to update an old site for a non-profit I help out with…. it’s a brilliantly coded Theme with many great features, clearly a lot of thought went into this. Truly impressive for a free theme!
I would up upgrading to the Pro version to get a few extra template files that the person I’m working with at the non-profit really wanted, primarily because it’s so reasonably priced that I decided it was worth it to not have to create the templates myself since the Theme developer already did such a great job with the styling, but the Free version would also have worked perfectly well.
Support is amazing, even before I upgraded I had some questions about a few features, and got very prompt responses (considering we are in very different time zones).
I’m actually VERY fussy and test and discard numerous Themes in the course of my work, but I’m so impressed with this one that I wouldn’t hesitate to get other Themes from this team.

I use Benevolen Theme and i couldnt load text for the posts in the slider and to assign Page Template to load the Promotion Section. I have write to theme support and they were great. They were very kind and help me with both problems. Actualy there was no problem just i didnt know how to do it. So i am very happy i wish them all good.

I purchased this theme in November 2017 and have customized it to meet our organization. I cannot say enough about the excellent support I receive from Sanjog Lama and the team at Rara. They are professional, timely and stick with the problem until you are 100% satisfied. Very good responsiveness when loading the theme – I have a lot of photos and it looks great on handheld deices. You will not be disappointed when working with Rara.
