Hi,

i need help with the better health theme. I cannot use elementor to edit the first page of the demo data.

The message is, that i need to add the “the content” Function in the template, because there was not found a content area”

When i add this function in trhe template, i see all content of the page, but i cannot edit it.

Is this a known issue?

I’ve asked multiple times in different threads and platforms including your own website for assistance with the last update of this theme and have gotten zero response. You could at least let people know if you’re still supporting these themes or at the very least, reply to an issue.

I just updated to the newest version of the theme and the bottom footer where you can place a photo and button is not aligning correctly. I’ve had to hide it because it looked so bad. The picture of the person is covering the words and the button is to the right of the wording (wording is behind the person). Even hiding the image of the person still doesn’t make the text and button align right. Can you check on your side to see if you get this, too?

My issue is that I would like to use certain font awesome icons in the feature section boxes on the home page, but some free fa icons return a rectangle instead of the icon.

just noticed the search icon at the top does nothing anymore. Tested in incognito mode and Edge. Nothing happens. Not much choice to do anything about it in customizer. I compare it to your demo and your demo in inspect has this:

whereas my site shows this:

<input type=”text” placeholder=”Search” class=”blog-search-field” id=”menu-search” name=”s” value=””>

The display block (when I edit mine) makes the box appear but it won’t go away when you click the icon again like yours does.

Would you mind looking into this and letting me know a fix?

Hi, I am just trying to sort a couple of things out for a friend on his site.

Under the posts on the Blog page there is some unwanted text and and I cannot find where it is coming from, it says:

This theme is best Ever theme for your medical sites. Start using this theme today.

OR

Developed by trusted author and they provide the best support for your free theme as well.

These sentences are displayed instead of an excerpt, can anyone tell me how to get rid of it and display the excerpt instead ??

just updated the font awesome to v 4.0 rc 17 and it made one particular icon disappear in the ‘Our Feature Section’. It also disappeared under the Our Services section (used the same one there). That’s fine, figured I’d just replace it with a new one as this happens sometimes (although all others I had were fine).

I tried many different ones that were free and they would not show. I copied ones that were showing into that field (in customizer) and they showed ok. I ended up rolling back FA until I heard back from you as of all the ones I could use would not work for some reason. The one in particular that didn’t work was fa-clinic-medical. I tried to leave out the fa- without luck. For ones I tried, I attempted with fa- or without it and didn’t show up. I tried hospital, hospital-alt and user-nurse. So I don’t get what’s going on here.

When I go into the slider settings and go to add the slider category there’s no option there to select ‘slider’. What has broken?

Our Main Menu is not visible in the mobile site and neither is the the main menu bar option.

thanks for the nice theme! I assume there’s no way of changing the blue color anywhere (the main boxes and the title)? All of the color choices do not affect these sections.

Hello, I have the following question:

is it possible to write the displayed text in the element “Our Feature” on my homepage? So far, this is always taken from the site to which the respective button links.

Is there an option to have slider front page and how to set it?

I am attempting to change the header using the custom css. (I’ve tried adding a header in the theme customization, but it doesn’t seem to display.)

What is the code I should use to add that to the custom css for this theme??
