Good day! I noticed that the background of the main page block (#main-wrap) has disappeared and the block itself has become much narrower. To make it easier to understand what the problem is, you can open our website and version online with Blackoot Lite Theme (https://demo.iceablethemes.com/blackoot-lite/). Also, the main image, which is always on top of the page, is now displayed on the left (screenshot attached). What could be the reason. Thank you in advance for your help!

]]>For some time our website has been launched but there are certain aspects that aren’t showing properly in mobile view on an actual mobile device, despite It looking perfectly fine in the mobile preview in the editor. I do not like the way It looks, therefore I was hoping to get some help in fixing that. There are two tabs looking weird, home tab and contact us page.
]]>Hi there, I have a couple of issues with this awesome theme that I have tried on an off for ages to resolve with no joy.
The first is with the featured image.
It has always defaulted to being on the left hand side, which was ok till it started to autocrop the images.
I didn’t mind the resize, but cropping looks awful and I don’t know why it is doing it.
When I go into the editor mode, thought, you can see the images atop everything else which I think I prefer in some respects, but am still not a fan of the cropping that is going on.
1. how do I stop the cropping and make it resize instead?
2. How do I alter where the image goes?
The second is more recent, it has started putting 2 read more links into the frontpage, it didn’t used to do this, and doesn’t do it if there is only a few words, but when there is more words it seems to be treating the frontpage as having the need for 2 read mores and I don’t know how to sort that.

I’ve just activated the theme, which I love! But noticed on tablet and mobile the menu bar appears as a white, non-stylized drop down! Any help with this as I know that it should look much cooler as I saw on the preview version!

Great theme, but I’m very new with wordpress and the CSS and I want to change a few things in my Blackloote theme :
– How do you change the Menu little yellow underline ?
– How do you change the color of the whole header, setting it to black or transparent ?
– How do you change the color of all pages, posts, and titles background, setting it to transparent or black, to have a whole black theme ?
It may appear to be some ridiculous questions, but I’m a bit lost.

Is there a way to set the header image per page? I see featured image, but that simply inserts the image into the top of the page beneath the header image. I want a static header image per page if possible.
Can I make the font of the page name smaller? On mobile devices it is the only thing that is on the screen.

I’ve just messed up some of my code whilst trying to solve an issue with a header slider I installed. I was advised to replace the script code in the responsive_headerimageslider.php file with the following:

It has resulted in all the slider images appearing on my homepage at once. But I stupidly didn’t save a backup of the file to go back to.
I deleted the plugin as it was more trouble than it was worth and so the above file has disappeared but my header is still showing the stacked images.

]]>I have just been doing a bit of a clean up of all my unwanted plugins to try and speed up my website load time and I have gone and deleted a plug in that enabled me to display a soundcloud playlist in the sidebar widgets. Now when I visit my site, where there used to be a soundcloud playlist, it just displays the text.
Can anyone tell me which plug in I need to re install to make the playlist appear again?

LOVE your theme! I’ve been using it for a long time on my photography site. However, after the most recent WP upgrade, I’ve found a problem. When I upload an image and use it as the Featured Image, the image doesn’t scale properly on the home page in the post previews. Take a look at the most recent (top) post:

After some trouble shooting, I realized that this is happening with any NEW image that I upload. If I use previously uploaded images as the featured image, it works fine. And, if I download any previous image that works, rename it, and then re-upload it to the image gallery, and then use it as the featured image, it doesn’t work.
Any suggestions? I really don’t want to have change themes, but I do need to get this resolved.

It was working, but now it’s not. I’m using 7 well-known, high quality plugins. I tried deactivating them, but that didn’t make a difference. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Im using this theme for wordpress, it looks great but the main menu clips the top of the font in IE8. I know IE8 is a bit old now its just a client pointed it out to me. Its not just my install the blackoot demo does it also.
I’ve tried increasing the line height in blackoot.min.css but no luck.
