I’m looking for a custom CSS code to remove a vertical divider remaining at the header, please. This is the desktop view only. That wasn’t a problem when all my social media icons were separated from the search icon, but now that the search icon has been removed, the vertical divider is still there at the end of the section.

Is it possible to modify the CSS custom code in order to get some blurred shadow displayed under the drop-down menu, please?

This is the primary menu located on the top bar, which already has a nice shadow, that separates it from the rest of the page. When this menu is open, it has no transition between the page contents and its own sub-items. That makes it hard to tell what is the menu and what is the page. In my case, there is only one item that drops down, and that is “Home”. When clicked, it covers the page content and having a shadow around it would be a nice touch to the theme. Hello again.

I’m looking for a solution to space widgets out from each other in footer area. It looks great if it’s viewed on a desktop, but when I browse the blog on my mobile these 2 widgets are placed one below the other. There is no vertical spacing between them and the top one looks like placed directly on top of the bottom one.

I’m looking for a custom CSS code that I can copy&paste to fix that issue, please.

I’m very happy with this theme, however, there are a couple of things that I’d like to personalise by adding some custom CSS code.

Each post, just beside the featured image, has a date displayed and just below that there is a link “Leave a comment”. I’m looking for a solution to remove that link, please.

Leaving a comment can be done by scrolling down, to the bottom of the post and it would be more intuitive to leave a comment after reading a post and not before.

Some of the info can be removed via Apperance / Customise / General Settings / Posts(Blog) & Pages Settings but not this one.

Hello, I have been trying to find the correct code to change the color of the search icon and I have tried just about everything and it has not worked. Is anyone able to assist? I found the right CSS to change the size of the search icon but, the color will not change.

Also, I have not been able to center the menu. I’d like it to stay as header layout 2, but the codes that I’ve tried to center the menu have not worked. Please help!

Hi,

Please note that when placing a Contact Form 7 shortcode onto a page, it becomes too wide for the page and requires horizontal scrolling to view the full form. This is in mobile mode. Can we please have a fix for this soon?

The banner section doesn’t work anymore. If I switch from static image/video to the slider, nothing happens.

It only shows a static image, even the video doesn’t work.

Towards the bottom of my post, a couple paragraphs of text are missing. The text appears in edit mode, but not after published. It doesn’t seem to be the text color and I have Reading setting to Full Text. Rather than simply truncate the paragraphs, a chunk in the middle has been cut out and the post ends with the last two paragraphs intact.

Any other ideas? I’m a newbie to website creation. Thanks!

I need help regarding the theme style not displaying when we go to pages selected from Menu option. For e.g. Go to Primary menu option “Genres” and then select on any option. The page it displays is not that of Blossom Pin theme’s layout.

Hello! Please tell me how to create a portfolio on the full width of the page, as you have on a demo site. When I create the page, I set the portfolio template, but the page width does not change.

The Blossom Pin theme has an “Enable Blog Excerpt” feature, but it doesn’t work!– or rather, it works in some cases and not i others. I have ticked the “Enable Blog Excerpt”, I have set the “Excerpt Length” to 50 words. I have also made sure to check that I have ticked the box “Excerpt” under “Settings”/”Reading”. I believe that it works in the cases where the blog post was transferred from my old website (wordpress.com) via the import/export tool. It does not work when I post a new blog post.

I would be quite pleased, if you could help me. As it is, my website looks unprofessional with those long long blogposts.

I have chosen that the front page shows my recent blogposts – i.e. I have no static front page.

In the following list search doesn’t work well, when you click the search button it doesn’t let you write content in the search box:

Desktop- Safari
