I’m trying to set the css for Blossom Posts Category Slider but i’m unable to, because after refreshing the page the item changes, can someone help?

I mainly want to remove the background and lower the top and bottom margin, because the default has some weird background color and the padding is very large…

I found this:

I’m just changing these settings:
background: transparent;
padding: 10px 0;

That works, however when i refresh the page, sync1-70 changes to a random sync1-x and i loose the settings…

Hola! Desde hace unos días tengo un problema en la galería de producto. Las imágenes no salen en miniatura, salen grandes y borrosas y no se pueden desplazar. Sólo puedo verlas entrando en la lupa.

Utilizo el tema Blossom eCommerce.

The gallery does not work on the product page. Photos cannot be scrolled through. They are big and blurry. No thumbnail photos. Buyers cannot view the product.

The issue appears on Safari and Firefox, but not in Chrome, Edge

I have tried clear the cache.

I tried larger images with up to 300dpi, as well as, 96dpi, and 72dpi and they all appear blurry although while looking at them in the media library (edit image) they are full size and entirely clear. It’s almost as if there is a conflicting setting that is reducing the quality.

To be honest, I don’t know if this has been happening all along. When I’m logged in everything is fine. When I logout the drop-down menu items with icons…the icons turn into something else depending on the browser. Either squares with funky symbols in them or just squares.

I’m using siteground & they pre-add their optimizer & security plugins. I was tweaking with the settings. But I’ve since uninstalled every plugin & it was still happening. I also switched themes then switched back because I really like this theme & was nearly done but for the shop. So I hope someone can help. Please keep in mind I’m self-taught. Thank you. ??

I have two product pages. On the main page, the dimensions of the images in the catalog are 300×300, I changed these dimensions in the WordPress interface. I created the second page and brought hidden products to it using a shortcode. But I cannot resize the images in the directory through the WordPress interface.

I would like to ask you for help with removing the grey overlay on the image in the CTA section – I have found the topics on how to remove it from the main banner using custom CSS (and it was very helpful, thank you!), yet I cannot remove the overlay from the image in CTA section – I will be grateful for your support.

So, my site has an about page, and now, for some reason, I cannot adjust the template for it or see anything about it on the customization end. It appears just fine in my list of pages and if I edit the text inside of it from wordpress, it edits. But I want to make changes to the template, and now I just cannot find anything about it. I used to be able to put a background image behind the word “about” and now I can’t see where I can do that.

It’s visible just fine on the site.

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I installed Blossom Shop Pro, and the content text disappeared; that is to say, when you clicked on the About page, you’d get the header from the page title and the page template, but none of the text that is in the actual wordpress page file would show. It would just show About, whitespace, and then my footer. I reinstalled the free theme and my about page content reappeared but now I see nothing about the about page in the customization section. Oddly, in my list of pages, it is no longer marked in my page listing as “About Page” in the same way my account page is marked as “My Account Page” and Home is marked as “Front Page.”

The same thing has happened to my Contact page.

I am having two issues with the rendering of my images. I currently have the following settings: Customizer>WooCommerce>Product Images
Main Image Width: 280
Thumbnail Width: 180
Thumbnail Cropping: Custom 20:25

On all of my product pages the thumbnails are not consistent is size. (see here:https://www.grbbells.com/shop/ Please scroll to the end.) Is there a hard crop setting? Is there an optimal image size I should be uploading to my media folder?

It looks like the container size for the images is 549.969 x 687.266 and my images are 793 x 991. How can I improve this? What is the optimal image size? I am trying to add a service section to my homepage and under the Customizing>Front Page Settings>Service Section, I have selected the first layout and added the Blossom:Icon Text widget. Sadly, I do not see the icons your demo page uses. Where do I find those? Also, why is the grey background so much taller than on your demo page?

I have set a header background image in:
Customizing>General Settings>Header Settings and Customizing>About Page Settings>About Template Section
I read the notice that featured images will supersede the header background image. I do not want this. I want the header background image to always dominate. Is there a snippet I can use?

We would like to add a pull down flag menu at the top to toggle between multiple languages on our site, but we’re not sure how to do it. We’d like to have alternate product descriptions in the other languages that would show if the site is in another language, as well as site structure elements to be able to toggle through languages.

Is this something that is easily accomplished through an extension or plugin to wordpress with blossom shop?

I’m working on this webshop and want to use the slider in the homepage. Only the buttons in the slider link to a blog-post, and I want to link it to the product-pages of the website, because I don’t want to make a blog. Is there a possibility to change the URL behind these buttons in the slider?

The slider does not show any images.
There is only one way to add images to a post via featured images and although we did the slider still shows a grey background but no image at all.
