The free theme seemed fine, I nearly had a nice page set up there and wanted a few more options to customise, so I paid for a pro version. they promised everything would stay the same. Instead the page I made was ruined, I got ons and tons of options added which makes the learning curve time consuming and a pain. But I really tried and am no noob to WP. However it wasn’t possible to design the same simple static page that I wanted, no matter what I tried.

I asked for a refund. Simply because I wasn’t happy with what I bought. Simple question. Instead I got direct to lengthy documentations, quite a few times without getting an answer to my request. When I asked directly and referred to my rights to recall on online purchase I got silenced.

I’m afraid I through 60 dollars away. Which maybe ok for some but to me it is something I cannot miss on something that is of no use.

I would like to know if it is possible to work with this theme and Elementor Pro

when updating the Blossom Spa Pro I get an error message: “Update Failed. Download failed. Unauthorized.”

I have the package paid for this and next year. I am logged in, other theme updates work.

I noticed that with the default theme, we can change easily the background photo in the home page section under Customizing – Front Page sections – Banner Section.

However, if there are multiple menu choices, I cannot seem to find how to change the specific banner photo. Can you tell me if there is a way, or does this come with the paid pro version?

I know it’s possible because I’m viewing the demo here:

By click on the default demo, there are multiple menu choices and the banner background is different between shop and pages.

We are attempting to adjust our colours & logos. I click Appearance & the menu expands, I click Customize. The screen shows the customize menu. But I am ONLY the option to customize widgets. No Menus, No Topography, Not Header page, Customize CSS, Nothing. If I expand the widget option, I am told “Your theme has 25 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”
That is all that appears & now our logo can not be replace nor our colours updated..

We have Blossom Spa pro. We did not renew our package but this *just* changed & it expired in April.

Any thoughts?? This is fairly urgent.

We are doing a colour change & unfortunately the white does not sit well on the pink background. The places I would like to changes are the fro, the 2 blurbs starting with “Your virtual Executive solutions..”
The second place is top of site pages. For example where is says About Catherine or Pricing or Contact us in the pink.
I can not seem to find a setting tho change these specific font colours.

We have in our optional top bar, a link to our COVID Response. We have recently changed the colour scheme, however I am unable to find a place to change this setting & in reviewing the Forum Support entries, I have thus far found nothing helping.

}

But there is still a shade on the home page image.

1. The image for the banner section homepage has the size that the theme suggests.
But when I set it up, the image appears cut. I tried to insert a CSS code that I saw
in similar questions here, but it didn’t work out;

2. I don’t want to show the feature image in the header of webpages. How can I do that?

I want a custom link on my navigation menu to the Testimonials section at the bottom of my Home page. There doesn’t seem to be any way built in to the front page sections to do this, so I added the <a id="testimonials"></a> tag to the end of my CTA section, immediately above Testimonials. This works perfectly on desktop, but on phone or tablet, if I access the responsive menu from the Home page, the menu link to the Testimonials section does nothing.

It does update the URL to include the anchor, so I do jump to Testimonials if I close the mobile menu and refresh the page, but who would think to do this? If I access the responsive menu from any other page, the link also works fine, so I’m not sure what the problem is. I have tried it with and without the full page URL, doesn’t work either way. Suggestions?

To the issue; as the modal menu isn’t set to toggle when links are clicked, anchor links do not work when the link is present on the current page. Could you help me with a working script to close the modal menu on click of an anchor link? I think this would help alot of people now that anchor links are so popular.

I created a webpage. I would like to set up a header picture (marked with number 2 in the linked picture) but I cannot set this. How and where should I do this in the webpage settings?
Also I see that under the Menu bar there is always a picture which is the primary picture of the latest article (marked with number 1 in the linked picture). How can I delete this section to not show any picture under the menu?
